I placed an order for delivery, one of the items was made incorrectly. I called and ask for them to remake it and I would pick it up. They said yes but asked if we are any of the food. I said one bite to try it and decided we did t like it the way it was incorrectly made. They said they would only remake 2 or the 3 since we took a bite. food is good just need a bit more seasoning
I had issues with this place the past 2 times I’ve ordered. The first problem was resolved after contacting them via Messenger (they would not take care of it over the phone). The second issue has not been resolved. I’m still waiting for a response or a refund for the item missing from my order. I will not order from here again. Their food is mediocre anyway.
