I see that the Gilbert House has changed ownership, and I could tell… not in the best way. Still love the atmosphere, but the portions used to be bigger and better. I understand prices need to increase but was disappointed in the value today. It was also pretty slow but we weren’t in a hurry. Still giving 4 stars because I have hopes for improvement and everyone was very nice!
This place is so cute and cozy. Our food was SO delicious, packed with flavor. Our waitresses were AMAZING, working as a team to meet our needs. Shout out to Sara? (Foliage tatts and hightop chucks) shes so cute and socially inviting ✨️ literally cant wait to come back.
Fantastic local eatery! Quaint building with a nice outdoor eating space. The food is excellent; fresh tasting and served at the appropriate temperature. Lots of different and delicious dishes as well as beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) from which to choose.
The staff is amazing. All are pleasantly congenial, courteous and helpful. The GM is friendly and obviously cares about the business. Waitstaffer Julia deserves a special shout out; she's a keeper!
