We ordered a #1 and #6 in the drive through about 15 minutes ago. Got home and our entire order was wrong. My husband got some type of chicken sandwich and I got a double burger with nothing on it but cheese.
I placed an online order and paid for it. We went to pick it up to find out when food delivered curbside an item was missing. I had to ask where the item was only to be told their shake machine was broken. They could not do anything which includes providing a refund for the paid for item. I was told I had to report it online, its real easy and gets refunded right away. It gets better some of them items were cold.
