Torchy's Tacos Gilbert - San Tan Village

Wanted to check out Torchy’s for my birthday lunch and was very disappointed in how you are supposed to order your food.
No human being to talk to but you order using a kiosk, I mean c’mon really?
Tacos are all over $6 and you can’t even interact with a person!
Was trying to order on the kiosk and they nickel and dime you on everything; add sour cream, additional .30 cents.
No “hello” or “welcome in” from the dude tending bar.
So no, cancelled the food my wife and I were planning to order and walked out.
Don’t think I’ll ever return……. If you want good tacos and friendly service, go across the road to Fuzzy’s Tacos.
BTW, zero stars on food because we never tasted any of it.

This is a popular place with my friends. I was disappointed in my Democrat taco because the meat was so soft it was mushy. The concept is great but they overcooked the meat.

We had such great service! The place was busy and Kyle was a one man show! We never waited for our drinks, he was very attentive.

Kyle is a great host and knows the menu you like he made it!

Kyle was awesome. We sat at the bar and got quick, excellent service. Churros were amazing and taco of the month was delicious!!

Torchy’s is tasty and we had great service from Braxton.

We love torchys!! They were so good about my allergies (celiac disease - gluten free). Braxton was extremely helpful and kind! We’ll be back ◡̈

I have nothing to say but if you haven’t been been here these are some of the best tacos you will ever have. The salad is great too. Love this place!

We ordered tacos and a burrito with a side of corn and bean/rice combo. When I got the meal home we found the tacos to be very greasy in a grease soaked bag. Unfortunately it’s a little bit of a drive back to Torchys’ to return our grease soaked tacos. I attached photos - maybe we’re missing something here. We’ve been there before but never had this experience.

Kyle waited on us. He loves his job and actively helps the undecided to make informed choices. We love Torchys, but Kyle and the other workers there make this place a come back often. Kyle, what a great and genuine smile!
