Came here today to pick up a DoorDash order and saw a sign outside saying “please be nice to our staff”. Not sure who is crazy enough to behave so awful that it made them make a sign but the staff was so sweet. Super clean and smelled amazing. I vow to never go to another twisted sugar and to only go to this location that’s how amazing it was. Plus it was easy for door dashers to pick up orders too.
Wow, what an amazing experience at Twisted Sugar! I went in and was immediately greeted by Eva and Daphne, who were not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. They helped me pick out some treats, and their recommendations were spot on.
I got the lunch lady bars, and they were just like the ones I remember from elementary school—but even better! I also tried the Nutella and peanut butter cookie and the birthday cake cookie. All of them were absolutely delicious....

So freakin good!!! Have NO idea why we haven’t come in until now. Got the Butter beer twisted and it is better than the one we got at Harry Potter world! They even have a water fountain that is a drink station to refill water bottles. Nice and cool from the outside heat. The only negative was the need for more staff. The girls there were working so fast and hard while staying friendly and positive… they just needed one or two more people to keep up. New favorite place!!
