This is my favorite pizza place in town. I managed a pizza shop for years, and love this place!! That being said, we had a pretty unfortunate experience when ordering takeout. We came in 1 hour before closing. Having worked in customer service, I understand getting frustrated when customers come in late.... but one whole hour does not deserve an eye roll. The blonde girl at the counter was polite when speaking with us, however was very visibly irritated that we were there. As were most other employees as they stared us down upon walking in.
Food was amazing as always, offputting atmosphere with no music, and very irritated and unwelcoming staff.

Venezia's and Nello's are my two favorite takeout pizza places in Arizona. If you like Nello's you'll like Venezia's!! Do yourself a favor and order the Chicken Pesto Pizza (if you even remotely like Pesto, you'll LOVE IT!); you can thank me later.

Pizza and wings were average. Crumb cake was quite dry and stale. The shining star was most definitely the Chocolate cake.
