This was our first time going to Vero Chicago. It had a great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. My only issues were that we ordered garlic bread for an appetizer, and it seemed like it too a little too long to come out. For our dinner, my wife and I ordered 2 pizzas, and my daughter ordered a small spaghetti. Our pizzas came out at different times, which was a little understandable as they were 2 different pizzas. What was a little upsetting was that our daughter's small spaghetti was written down by the waiter, but the kitchen never made it. We asked about it after both our pizzas came out, and we were told it was going to be made now and would be another 5 minutes. My daughter was OK with it, but I just didn't like that she had to wait so long for it. Seeing as it was the easiest item on our order.

We have been here a couple times while visiting AZ. Food is great. This last time the service for our table was subpar. She was great for other tables. Talkative and friendly for them. Barely any interaction with us. Would actually start walking away mid sentence never really checking on us, just picking up and dropping off stuff. We actually had a spilled drink and she never came to gather the stuff we used to clean up and never refilled drinks. It rubbed my husband the wrong way how obvious the difference in service was compared to tables around us.

The food is amazing and best pizza I’ve had in Arizona. I am a big thin crust pizza guy. Service is great but slow at times. They offer military discount but won’t allow you to use your points that you’ve earn as well. Which sucks. I understand not using two coupons but when you’ve earn the points and they offer the discount. They should let you. That would be my biggest complaint. Be nice if they open at 11 PM on the weekends and weekdays. It is lunch time and I think they would do better. The place is usually packed and plenty of room at the bar and outside as well. Lots of TVs around the whole place to watch sports.

Our server was amazing (very attentive and recognized us from a previous visit) and the pizza is delicious.
I absolutely love the Chicago style pizza and we go at least once a week. I just wish that you would serve hot dogs later than 4:00 because those are good also.Parking: The parking is okay but the building is an unusual place and not easy to see.
