We’ve been here twice and both times it’s been in the evening they have nothing but kids running their store. Both times our order was incorrect and cold. We had it delivered this time and I didn’t even receive my food. This will be the last time we go here and I would highly suggest for management to find another option in the evening.

Some of the most delicious burgers I've ever had! The chilli cheese fries are among the best I've ever had. The servers were very friendly and got my food out quickly even though it was a bit busy. Plenty of seating too and pleasant atmosphere. One of the best fast food places in Gilbert for sure!

The night shift everyone is amazing and the manager Kylie is the best. The owner isn’t that nice and I believe he is racist and doesn’t like taking other people orders that aren’t his race.

We were in the other night to eat and the owner was taking window tint off the windows. My opinion it should be done after close or before open- he isn't very engaging with team or guest. Thank goodness the managers hard work shows.The team and management was amazing and that's the only reason I became a regular guest. Thank you Danielle and Kylie our visit has always been great during any part of the day. Both managers care and it shows how hard they work even if things are not 100% they show pride in there works.Much appreciated from our family

They will not last, the staff needs training. And the manager needs to learn customer service. I was charged incorrectly, and it felt like I was a burden. The burgers are nothing to rave about, the fries are mediocre at best. Won’t be back

Mediocre at best. I can tell it’s only due to the inexperienced staff though they all looked young. Probably give it a year before things get up to par. My Cajun burger had bacon that was soft, not crispy at all. Seasoning was there but it was just kind of sad. Reminded me of a burger from Carl’s Jr. My chili cheese tots had great flavor but the tots were soggy and not crispy at all. I had another order of just tots and it was completely bland and tasted like the only touch of salt it received was from the oil it was fried in. Onion rings only came with 7 pieces, pretty low count for its price. Needed salt. The burgers were also very small. Which I wouldn’t mind if it was executed justly and had memorable sides to go with it. I look forward for a retry in a long long ways down the road. There’s potential if management can hire knowledgeable cooks to start off this franchise strong.
