I waited at the counter for approximately 10 minutes without receiving any acknowledgment from staff. The employee focused on preparing an Uber Eats order rather than assisting a customer present at the counter. This represents unacceptable customer service, resulting in my departure without placing an order.

Thank you to James for making an initially bad experience amazing, I usually worry about eating at this location but I took the risk today and James made it worth it, his food was fresh which was surprising for this Wendys.

Good burgers, good biggie bags, never had a problem ordering except for once or twice out of the 20 or so times an item will be missing but that can happen anywhere.

Unsatisfied.... Y'all know you can do better than this. It's sloppy and fast work. Cheese isn't even melted all the way and the bacon was just placed on top while it also wasn't even sealed correctly. No one was even there and it wasn't busy. You just wanted to rush me out because you couldn't understand what I was saying on the speaker. At the end of the day food is food but the customer service is another thing. I repeated my order three times saying I wanted the baconator Fries and he kept saying the baconator burger, the burger, the burger no... the fries.
The food was Great and real fresh . Real nice customer service can’t get any better. I would definitely go there again.. And it was real clean and smells good, there’s also a tv in there to Lots of seating.

I live in Gilbert. Want to be helped when I arrive at a fast food place. The English is broken on almost all employees and they will let you stand at the counter for a bit. Then not very friendly at all. Wendy's food is good for fast food but I will avoid this place just because service sucks.

I placed an online order yesterday, had the confirmation email and in the app but was told they didn't have the order and there was nothing they could do even though my card was charged and I showed proof of everything.
