As someone who has had a loved one become seriously ill from food poisoning, stay far far away from this Wetzel's Pretzel's location! My stomach was almost immediately upset after eating the food at this location. Not to mention that the ladies working here were downright disrespectful. They acting like I was doing them a disservice by coming here. I would recommend going to one of their locations at the mall. I've never had such disgusting food at any establishment. Stay away, stay away, stay away!

I usually love Wetzel's Pretzels but this location is just a straight up embarrassment. The all female staff is incredibly rude. I waited over 45 minutes for my pretzel and there were literally zero customers in the restaurant. When I politely asked how much longer it will be for my pretzel they threatened to call the police. I wasn't rude, loud or condesending at all. I literally just asked how much longer. Out of all the employees I saw, three of them were on their phones the entirety of the time I was there. only two of them were actually working. One woman was literally painting her on the counter nails right next to the food. The food could have very well been contaminated with nail polish, which is known to contain formaldehyde.
I will be reporting this location to the health department as well as Wetzel's Pretzels corporate.

Please please please go somewhere else! My daughter and I got severe food poisoning after eating at this establishment. There is clearly some sort of hiring discrimination happening here after observing the demographics of all of the staff working here. Service is HORRIBLE! You people are so rude for no reason. I saw the manager crying in the corner! Get a grip and act like an adult!And the food! I've NEVER had such disgusting food in my life! Pretzels literally stink! Like, they are smelly and yucky!
I’d give this place a zero if I could. I went with my small child, 3 years old. I was going to buy the plain pretzel bites as well as the pizza bites. I asked if they could give my child one pizza bite to try before purchasing them. The employees in the back gave me a look and started shaking their heads no so the front end girl didn’t let her try. She said you can only try the plain. So now they lost a customer. I was eager to visit this location as it’s in Walmart and I am here everyday. If this is policy they need to revisit that policy. You lost 6 customers because I won’t let my family visit this location as well.

I was there with my buddies the other day and we ordered some pretzels. The pretzels tasted like 2 buttcheeks on a stick. I decided to order some more pretzels to see if it was just the batch but when I took a bite, it tasted like sweaty balls! As soon as i took the bite, I threw up all over the table. I mean it covered the entire table! THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! Terrible place, never go. Go to Auntie Anne's.

A bag of Wetzel Bitz and two cups of cheese sauce is all we needed for a pick me up. The lemonade is great, and my kiddo loved the blueberry slush. We were not fans of the cheese hot dogs, but everything else was great.
