I'm a huge fan of Zinburger but last night was by far the best experience my husband and I have had there. The server was awesome, knew his stuff and was very kind(deserves a raise). The food was amazing! Tried the wings for the first time and was blown away. Our burgers and fries were delicious as well. Savored every bite. Timing of everything was great too! For a packed restaurant, we did not have to wait long to be seated or to get our food. Thank you Zinburger Gilbert...
Zinburger is amazing and has great food! The only thing I wish would be different is their service, the food takes forever to come out, the check takes forever, and servers don't seem to check in as much as other restaurants. I had a server drop ketchup all over my $500 purse and white jeans. I was totally understanding, mistakes happen and the server apologized and brought me napkins. But the manager didn't come apologize or check on us, we got no comp on our food,...
My husband and I finally tried this place for dinner and were surprised we hadn't gone sooner because the staff was so friendly and the service was quick. The pretzels with cheese were the highlight, the burgers and sides were delicious and while it felt a little expensive since fries were extra we would definitely come back.
