I am over it with Albertsons, the last several times the just for u items that are added to your account didn't come off for the correct price Then I get a cashier that I ask a question to about the water do you have to buy 4 to get sale price he says no, then I get charged higher price because he had no clue, I told him about another item he doesn't listen, so I call customer service I am told the whole sorry story and I will get a credit on my account and I don't get a credit, so after shopping I call customer service again now I am told after all the sorry story well they can't put the credit I need store manager too. I AM DONE, JUST TIRED OF CONSISTENTLY GETTING OVER CHARGED

I have purchased all our birthday cakes at this location since my kids were young and then now for my grandkids. I moved away but still drive to this location. Something changed with this bakery, the 1/4 sheet marble birthday cake we picked up yesterday tasted like it had either been frozen or was a packaged product, it was not a freshly baked cake. Wondering if their bakery sheet cakes are now baked elsewhere, not in store?So disappointed as we enjoyed their cakes for so many years and will need to find a new bakery.

This bakery makes the most amazing cakes. The decorator, Michelle, does fantastic work!! We will never go anywhere else for cakes for special events. There was another decorator there when Michelle was off work and she did an amazing job too. I wish I had gotten her name too.

Guys, I came here to buy some groceries and lo and behold, I got some groceries. Most of the brands are what you expect to see in a grocery store. There was really nothing that stood out in terms of good deals or very unique items. The customer service was average as well. If anything surprised me, it was that one of my favorite brands of sake was being sold here.

I had very unpleasant experience at Albersons store number 3941, cactus and 51st ave. I had e-gift card from family member to purchase my daughters birthday cake and groceries. First, cashier register member charged all to my debit card instead of Albersons e-gift card. I went to the customer service to request switch payment method to e-gift card instead of my debit card. However they informed me that my e-gift card is not working. I showed the Albersons website to that gift card have balance plus called gift card customer service infront of management. The customer service agent advised me gift card is good to go but manager at store refused to assist me. There are severe managers were there included store director name Nick Scheve, but no one could resolve the problem for me. Finally I opened case with corporation and leave my groceries (included my daughter's birthday cake) at the store after spending hours at store with my kids. I came home and checked bank and refund has not been issued yet. Currently, there are no groceries from Albersons,waiting for resolve e-gift card from Safeway corporation, and refunded didn't issued yet. I am very disappointing of managements attitude towards to the customer.

The staff at this Deli is wonderful and will always go the extra mile to insure you are happy with your purchases! I have never received any item that was less than perfect or have ever had an employee not honor any request I have made. There are many stores with the same products, but none so nicely prepared or so nice to deal with. This has been my Deli of choice over all others and I have shopped them all within a ten mile radius.

The fact that you can go in and out with ease means a lot to me. I never have issues with checkout. It's nice to have an live clerk handle my transaction. My family shops here every few days. The produce and meat is top notch. This is the best grocery store in the valley

Tried to pick up one bottle of tequila for a door dash delivery, it was locked in the cabinet, asked someone for help he came with keys but couldn't open it. Went to get help, the helper opened it and sent me to a self check out lane (she knew it was a door dash order) at the self check out the employee could not remove the sales tax. A 3rd employee said just run it anyway it will automatically take the tax off, it did not. So they had to return the bottle and then try to ring me up again with a 4th employee, but the door dash card wouldn't work again because it thought it already purchased the product. So I was going to make $9 if I could get in and out, instead wasted 20 min and couldn't even leave with the product I had to send the order back to door dash. 4 different people all couldn't help me purchase one bottle of alcohol for a door dash order. Pure stupidity. Can't ever accept another order for this Albertsons.

Love this store! The produce is always so nice along with the best meat counter! From the seafood to carne asada to bacon and chicken you can't go wrong! We purchased an umbrella today and Hoose from the meat counter was up front and he was no wonderful to help take that and the very heavy base and load it into my car! Thank you Hoose for going above and beyond!

When someone says no substitutions, it means no substitutions. Every order this store insists on sending subs when I have requested them repeatedly not to. Every time we get useless food that we are allergic to, or a different size or brand that is more expensive than what we ordered. Today I ordered $9 of ground beef that was subbed with a $22 package. When items are listed as out of stock, and there are always lots, the total goes down but the driver tip remains the same. Today, I got $250 worth of groceries. The tip was for over $325. They refuse to put produce in the produce bags, and stick the packing label directly on the produce, always damaging it. I frequently receive rotten produce as well. Often the stickers are used to cover moly spots. I am disabled. I literally have a fractured neck and torn shoulder right now. Today the driver dropped all of my groceries 20 feet from my front door in the sun. Never rang the doorbell. Lucky for me I have a ring camera that alerted me that he was here. I paid for a year of Fresh Pass, so now I feel trapped in using this store. I have to have delivery right now. Too bad it's always disheartening.
