It’s an amazing restaurant, amazing food and absolutely top notch customer service, they definitely go above and beyond and treat you like family. I definitely recommend it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I had that option .

9 dollars for about 16 oz of food on a gyro, mostly meat, the meat was well seasoned and the sauce was good. They put the meat ontop of the other ingredients, I feel it tastes better this way.

I've had Al's gyros before and they were awesome. Tonight unfortunately I am so disappointed. I had my son order 4 gyro dinners. Which are not cheap. When the delivery showed up I was ready for that amazing taste. I took my first bite.. my eyes watered. It was so salty. I tried to help it by adding lots of sauce on the gyro. It didn't help. I gave up. Im so upset. $93.00 for dinner and I can't eat. I guess it's time to search for a new Greek restaurant. I feel like crying.

This place is sooo good. They give such a large amount of meat and are always overflowing with kindness. I genuinely feel like they care about me as a customer and love to serve good food. It’s not one of those places that ups the price and shrinks the portions. They charge decent price but it’s worth it. Love these people so much. I really wanted to enjoy my first visit to Al’s Chicago’s Finest, but the experience left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, I stood waiting for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me — eventually, a woman working in the kitchen greeted me and took my order.
Not long after, another customer walked in and was greeted warmly and immediately by a man sitting down on his phone, which made my own experience feel overlooked and unwelcoming. When I returned to pick up my food, the woman remained pleasant, but the man dressed in all black just stared me up and down without saying a word — no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Ironically, the customer who ordered after me was the one who offered a kind compliment and wished me a nice day.
The food may be worth trying, but first impressions matter — and this one felt uncomfortable and uninviting. I hope the team can improve on their customer service and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
We stopped here for dinner tonight. Everything was really good and my kids loved it. I got the Italian beef sandwich and my kids got the Philly cheese pita and the Chicago gyro. The staff was friendly and hard working. Fair prices. We'll be coming back.
