We drove about 25 minutes to try this frybread, and I'm glad I made the trip! When ordering the people, who were very nice, suggested holding off on cooking the sopapillas until we were almost done for freshness! The food was delicious, the chips and salsa were a great snack, and I will be coming back and bringing family!

Let's talk about the frybread. It was tasty and delicious. The chile meat was almost as close to my mom's as I've ever had. I enjoyed it. As for the pozole... it was okay. Why just okay? There was too much oregano in mine. I was looking at the other pictures and videos of the menudo and pozole, and the other ones did not have as much oregano as mine had. The meat and hominy were cooked perfectly, but it was the overpowering taste of the oregano that got to me. I can't take away a star for something not meeting my taste buds' requirements. I can only tell you what I think of the restaurant. The staff was prompt and friendly, and it was very clean as well.

We had this place on our list for the last year and finally we're in the neighborhood! Staff was friendly- the gentleman taking orders at the counter showed us the menu and the specials. While placing our order, we found out they were out of two of the meats we would have gotten, so we ended up just picking other things. The complementary chips and salsa were awesome. The cucumber salsa was unique, different & delicious! Not a huge cucumber fan typically, but I really enjoyed it. The other two salsas were also very good. Nice freshness and heat! Our entrees showed up pretty quick. We got the open faced supreme fry bread with red chili beef and the enchilada style burrito with green chili chicken. The fry bread was amazing. A little light in the meat for $13, but the flavor was great. Would 10/10 return for that. The green chili shredded chicken burrito was pretty bland other than the green chili sauce. The chicken was almost flavorless. The rice and beans served with the burrito were pretty good, I wouldn't hesitate to get them as a side order. We also got a plain fry bread with honey/ powdered sugar / cinnamon sugar. It was a little oily and a touch thin, but great flavor over all. Would order again! The restaurant was clean for the most part. Don't look up- it was pretty dusty up there. A little warm inside, but AC is expensive so I get it. All in all, worth a try. I would come back and try it again

I was extremely disappointed in the price for 6 corn tamales I just bought. I paid $30 only because my mom has cancer and was really craving tamales but this is ridiculous. Other than that the food tastes good.

I'll have to go back to really gauge it accurately. The amount of beans on a frybread taco is just too much. You taste nothing but beans. Who complains about getting too much food these days, lol.

One of my favorite things to eat on a Sunday brunch is menudo. My favorite spot is in El Monte,CA called Antojitos Mi Amor Menuderia. But, I am moving to Glendale,AZ and must say Angelina's not that bad. The broth is fresh, light and tasty, the combination of spices could be a bit richer for me. Too much hominy and not enough tripe, it should balance when serving it in a bowl. The fry bred was too greasy for me, but it was good as a side. The burrito was good, well made for the price. Their homemade salsas are delicious!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Service was friendly.

It's a decent spot. More like an abuelas house atmosphere. Service was almost self serve but if you ask they're pretty on point with delivery what you need/want. As far as the food. I liked the open face green chili frybread more than I liked the "taco" style red chili frybread. Not a bad place to go if you're in town and want frybread.

Pros: Posole was great! Tender meat and the broth was excellent. Customer service was great as well!Cons: the fry bread..it was dense and the oily. I like the flavor of fry bread/sopapillas with just salt but all I could taste was old oil so I smothered it in honey and powdered sugar and ate some of it. I grew up eating flat sopapillas and it looked the part but it was not soft or fluffy or had the right flavor.Overall, 6 dollars is by far the most iv ever paid for fry bread and it should have been better.
