I am so disappointed with Angie’s Prime Grill. The service here is consistently terrible, and the staff is always rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. They seem completely uninterested in communicating or providing decent customer service.
I typically order the build-your-own salad, but every single time, there’s an issue. They’re always missing key ingredients like avocado, even though I pay extra for add-ons. It’s incredibly frustrating because I place my order online 45 minutes to an hour in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrive. But instead, I’m stuck waiting another 50 minutes to an hour to finally get my food.
It’s such a shame, especially considering how much money I’ve spent here. I keep giving them chances, but it’s just upsetting to deal with this level of incompetence every single time. Angie’s Prime Grill needs to step up their game because right now, they’re not worth the hassle.

Got a completely wrong order. The only correct thing was the lobster roll and the bread was dry. Was gonna call, but no number to call and ask for my card to be refunded since we didn’t get what we actually ordered.

Ngl (not gonna lie), I just moved to AZ from Wisconsin (yah ik. Idc) in like October. This is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my mf (motherf-) life. I was lurking on your lobster page for a while but decided to pull the trigger. So frickin good the time I went that I went back in like and got a lobster roll and cod sandwich after eating a chicken sandwich. FIRE🔥🔥🔥🔥

I love salad and go and was super excited to try this place. The food was dry and the steak tasted old. Everything, I mean everything, had a weird greasy film on it. The salsa, the underside of my drink lid, the bag, etc etc. I couldn't finish my food because I had no idea what this stuff was. Very unfortunate and I'll be trying another location for lunch because I really want to like this place.

Of all the locations this is the one I try to avoid the most. I forgot why until I stopped by this morning. The wait is typically longer here than other locations. This morning it took over 5 minutes for them to take the order of the person who was waiting at the speaker when I drove up. Despite having one vehicle in front of me that received 1 burrito it took over 20 minutes to get my 1 burrito. Would have liked to get out of line but ended up trapped by cars behind me.

I got the Mediterranean bowl with steak for $10.63. This does not include a drink. The steak was cooked medium rare, which is like. The portion size was healthy and the ingredients were fresh. I also like that you pay where you order.
