I've been coming here since they opened up. Gradually they been failing in quality and customer support. Support staff used to be great, now newer employees are rude and cannot express any kind of joy. McDonald's does a better job than that.
Food is always great, but the quantity and quality in the meals have been dropping gradually. Makes me sad as this was amazing when first opened. Looks like Dave's hot chicken is gonna be my go to from now on.

This place is so freaking good! We eat hot chicken at all the usual places Monroe's Dave's and everything and even some of the other more rare spots. This place is definitely fighting for first place with their flavor. The rice is excellent their chicken is excellent and the people are always very nice. 7/25/25 330pm

This place has the bomb.com spicy chicken. Hot is ghost pepper and that is amazing for my taste buds. If you like spicy, this is definitely the place to try! 🌶

The food was very good, but the thing that I didn’t like it’s that the guy that took my order (I heard someone called him Miguel) was very rude to me, it was very uncomfortable for everyone, in my opinion costumers shouldn’t be treated that way.
Husband n I have passed by a few times and finally stopped by. I have to say we have both been really disappointed in drive thru and just restraunt foods in general. I'm glad we have this place a shot. The fries were crisp and full of flavor. The chicken was very juicy and tender. Pickles were good, sauce good, even the bread was full fluffy and delicious. Hubby got a mac bowl, I had a small bite and whatdya know? Yep really good. Also they don't joke about spice level. You get what you ask for. Can't say enough. Love, love, love this place! Will definitely be back.

THIS WAS DISGUSTING! Never again will we eat here! I spent $51 on some nasty food. On the other hand drinks are not included. Food was so bad. Don’t bring your family here if you want to eat good .

Check your meal right after you get your order. They had no chicken, end up adding more rice to the meal. Waste of Time driving to them
