This is by far the worst experience at an Applebee’s I’ve ever had. To start off we order drinks. It took over 40 minutes for them to bring them next. It took another 30 minutes for them to come back and take our order. We had two separate checks, but they took the orders at the same time almost an hour later they brought our friends food out all of it at one time, the salad and the entrées at one time then they ate and their food was not that great. They ordered the fish and chips said it tasted horrible. Meanwhile, we sat and watched them eat because they hadn’t brought our food out yet another 30 later they brought our food out it was cold. I had to finally get up and go get somebody to help us. When I asked for the manager. It took the manager approximately 20 minutes to come to our table now mind you there’s nobody in the restaurant except two other tables.. When the manager got over to us, I explained to her the whole entire evening that had transpired and all she did was look at me and say so do you want me to take the food away and I said yes so she did and it took another 30 minutes for them to bring us a check for the two drinks that we had. This place is horrible. I do not know how they’re still open. Judging by the other reviews we’re not the only one that’s had this problem and it still isn’t taken care of stay away from this place. You will be highly disappointed.

Took forever for server to get out drink order when food finally came out I didn’t get my plate till 10 mins after everyone else at table and my food was cold. Very disappointed in the service wand food
