They seriously have a lack of staff, the few people who showed up for work were polite. The wait was long while even though they had empty tables & their hostess was their only busser.

My husband and I wanted to grab something to eat. The first Applebees we went to had a long wait time so we then went a few minutes down the road to this one. Several tables were not cleaned so we again had to wait until they cleaned one. Then the floor under and nearby the table was nasty with food and papers so I had the attendant clean around and under our booth. The bathrooms were horribly disgusting which my husband let the waiter know.

I thought Applebees was a family restaurant not a strip club with loud music and were you can’t hear your self or a conversation . The bar tenders are cluesless and keep turning the music on up after people asked them turned it down . I guess the customer doesn’t matter .

Used curbside to go service. My order was complete and ready when I got there to pick it up. The young man who was working was polite and professional.

The food is always good but never great. The service is hit or miss, sometimes the wait staff is awesome and sometimes they forget about you until it's time to pay. I recently went in, the "drinks" we ordered were basically juice and the orders of food weren't exactly what was ordered and was charged for something that was not ordered. Overall my experiences here have been ok but not great.
Not expecting a lot, a couple of quick dinners and a drink or two. What we got was a wait, a poorly managed staff, slow service, watered down drinks, and then a ten minute wait for the privilege of paying for this experience. Will not be back, save your time and frustration.

Now I've always gone to this applesbee's and I always leave happy and satisfied. This particular day on my birthday March 25th, I don't know if they had just got in trouble for not checking IDs or something. But my family and I decide to go there for lunch, and I order an adult beverage and gave my waitress my ID for her to say I can't tell ID this is you. At first, we laugh because we think, she being funny because she saw it was my birthday on my ID. But no, she proceeded to take my ID to the kitchen and is gine for 5-6 mins and says the same thing. Now I know she's not kidding, so we ask for a manager and the manager comes out to say the same thing. Then the manager changes the explanation and says my ID looks fake because there's a crease in it and I say you could have just said that from the beginning. And I'm frustrated at this point because, I just wanted to celebrate my birthday with my family. So I doubt, I'll come back there again.
