Had the worst sever ever name Garolad. Was very unpleased people person. Literally left while talking to him and made us feel so little there. Seems to b mad at the world and children. Didn't care for how he spoke to my children and my friend. Was my birthday and didn't even acknowledge the fact that it was my birthday wearing a happy birthday crown

Thanks to Aaron we had a good night after being in line at the yard house for an hour we decided to go to Applebee's... Aaron you're the best...😘 Don't forget about us...the two young sister Linda and Lorraine from Glendale .

Worst customer service, we gave our names for a party of 2 as soon as we arrived and asked if we’d like a high table which we said no high table for us. So we waited for available table. Few parties came and sat before us since they opted for high table. A party of 3 came in and less than 10 minutes they were given a sit on a lower table. We asked the front desk if that is a high table she said yes and we said we came before them. She literally says no while smiling.we said we did came before them, we saw her getting the group’s name and lied to our face. Ended up leaving the place coz we lost our appetite. By the way, saying that high table is waiting for VIPs while looking at us since we said no to high table is uncalled for.

Went there this evening for dinner and I would like to thank our server, Gerald A for excellent service. He was on top of it!
I hope I have him as my server the next time I go to this location

Food was horrible it was literally reheated food, the plate was hotter than the food itself. Waited half an hour as well

Just finished up a wonderful date night and it was all thanks to our wonderful server LaTanya she was so quick and attentive with us I couldn’t be more grateful; if you get her as your server you’re in for a fantastic time

My boyfriend and I went out for our anniversary and our server tanya was the most helpful and attentive server we ever had! She was willing to give extra ranch’s her service was incredible very one on one experience very fast and efficient we had a great time with her as our server! would highly recommend Tanya as your server here

Our waiter was awesome but the front host not good. She forgot our party and had us wait outside in the cold Bad service to greet us like this from the host
