Applebee's Grill + Bar

Attempted to have dinner with the family at this location only to be seated at a table an never assisted afterwards. No greeting, no drinks, nothing. After about 10-15min we decided to go elsewhere only to see through the window upon getting in the car the menus being picked up off of the table we were seated at. Terrible service as usual.

Waiting on a Saturday afternoon not super busy waiting to be seated then forgot left after given menu no beverage or meal order . Watched several employees walk by Told to have a nice day as I left

Thank you, we got seated pretty much as we walked in and our waiter was the best !! It's probably been years that we've had such great customer service as we had today ! Ralph M. was the best !!!

The manager for the lunch shift accommodated us, as.we had one person in a wheelchair(there were 5 of us). the waitress was very nice, she refilled our drinks and was courteous and had a smile, which was great considering she had several people in her section. The food was great! I had the appetizer sampler with a side of onion rings, my friend had the bourbon street steak, which was one of the best tasting sirloin steaks I ever tried, my mozzarella sticks, my quesadillas, boneless wings, spinach artichoke dip were fresh and hot, the sauces were perfect and my strawberry lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Alejandra on the lunch shift, you did a fantastic job! Thank you for great service! I hope you and that wonderful manager get raises and promotions.

Well mixed emotions here. Placed a pick up order for 5pm, got there and finished paying at 5:06, added a pretzel bread to it and waited, about 10 minutes. Got home to serve everyone and what a joke! The fries, cold and soggy, burgers and grilled chicken? Yeah cold. But those pretzel sticks? Hot and delicious! While everything was well packed and pretty ( no steam on the lids) as I mentioned the food was cold. Basically I wasted a $50 Birthday gift card annnd the $44.89 I now owe my boyfriend on some leftover quality food. I say your safe dining In as it's clean and not too busy, but I highly recommend avoiding ordering for pick up 👎

The food was horrible, Godon Ramsey needs to go in and check how Applebee's peeps and cooks there food. Nothing is fresh old stale food Seriously! They just grab food straight out of freezer and throw the food on a plate into the oven. Disgusting! I will never go to Applebee's again.

Had the worst sever ever name Garolad. Was very unpleased people person. Literally left while talking to him and made us feel so little there. Seems to b mad at the world and children. Didn't care for how he spoke to my children and my friend. Was my birthday and didn't even acknowledge the fact that it was my birthday wearing a happy birthday crown

Thanks to Aaron we had a good night after being in line at the yard house for an hour we decided to go to Applebee's... Aaron you're the best...😘 Don't forget about us...the two young sister Linda and Lorraine from Glendale .

Worst customer service, we gave our names for a party of 2 as soon as we arrived and asked if we’d like a high table which we said no high table for us. So we waited for available table. Few parties came and sat before us since they opted for high table. A party of 3 came in and less than 10 minutes they were given a sit on a lower table. We asked the front desk if that is a high table she said yes and we said we came before them. She literally says no while smiling.we said we did came before them, we saw her getting the group’s name and lied to our face. Ended up leaving the place coz we lost our appetite. By the way, saying that high table is waiting for VIPs while looking at us since we said no to high table is uncalled for.

Went there this evening for dinner and I would like to thank our server, Gerald A for excellent service. He was on top of it!
I hope I have him as my server the next time I go to this location
