The food arrived late like they forgot about us for a moment not sure what happened but went home and straight to the bathroom couldn't get home went to a Quick Trip near by and did my thing but I ended up paying $65.19 for two persons 11/16/2025 most definitely won't come back to this location

Our server Mandi did an amzing job really good customer service and bright attitude he greeted hs accordingly while cracking a few hummerous jojes that he coukd tell our table needed we had just came from a ling day and he knew exactly what to say WE WILL BE BACK SOULY FOR HIM!

I got two rounds of drinks , half full glasses. No alcohol hardly at all two drinks at this location would usually have me BUZZED I left irritated and wasted 44$ . I get these drinks here often and they are always amazing but it was a different bar tender and I will probably never go back now.

We had Marcell M as our server and he was the best. Above and beyond. He was great at giving good suggestions that we absolutely loved. The food was awesome as well.

Our server was very short and rude and in a rush. Granted it was Veterans Day so some leniency should be given, his service was exceptionally poor. Overall have had several poor experiences at this location so will not be going back.

Angie was our server tonight, she was wonderful. We came at a busy time and still everything was out in a timely manner, hot and exactly what we ordered.

It was son’s birthday yesterday last night the food was horrible the male waiter was so rude it was such a shame the food was horrible there was a hair in my food I didn’t even finish! I’m so disappointed I feel I should get a full refund! N mind you our party still tipped the waiter he didn’t deserve a tip !

Marcell was the best 5 Stars

If no Stars was an option, that's what I'd go with. The service is getting really bad. I waited almost five minutes to get seated, and it took almost 15 mins for my server to show up. 15 mins!! She also lagged on my drinks, and I had to remind her to get me my utensils. She seemed more interested in chatting with the other employees. Doubtful I'll be back....

Food was good but it was kind of dirty

I came to dine alone tonight, and was served quickly. I ordered the 4 cheese mac and cheese with the chicken tenders, and I wish I had taken a photo. Regardless, the 3 tenders were tiny, and the mac and cheese had NO flavor. No seasoning, and it was really dry, not covered in gooey cheese sauce like the menu photo implies. It felt criminal to pay $20 for a plate of pasta that tasted like a college guy was trying to make mac and cheese with shredded cheese and no recipe and three tiny chicken strips, I should have gone to a fast food place place for a better and more affordable dinner. I would have said something if I was asked how I enjoyed my food, but even though I left food on my plate I was never asked and I feel like a jerk bringing it up to the waiter when it’s not his fault. I don’t really know why I expected more, the picture I guess, but what I got was not worth the $20 I paid :(

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD.. we ordered our food, and was very clear about getting our appetizers first. Didn’t happen! We got our appetizers along with our entrees all at the same time.. I asked for a high chair two times. Which the two different ladies said OK but never brought it, I had to go find one myself.. I ordered over $100 worth of food. My mozzarella sticks were stale and the artichoke dip I was give was less than halfway filled. When I brought it to the serves attention, she disregarded me & said she get a manager. The manager tonight, kinda heavyset woman, stated “it’s portioned” I said it’s not even half way, at the 75th location they fill to the top and have a good layer of cheese”, she said “some places don’t care, your Applebees might not care, we portion everything here I can give you a discount”, I told her no just take it back completely.. $100 of food, and your bitching about portions?? She could’ve just taken it back and filled it.. almost $20 for a third of Spinach dip, is CRAZY. Do better. No resolution, along with burnt chicken on the parm, never got asked for refill on our drinks, and I almost got a tray of food dropped on me because the waiter wasn’t paying attention.

Our server was friendly, fairly quick with refills. Our food took quite a while to reach our table. Surprisingly, Wasn’t quite as busy. My nephew ordered an 8 ounce steak, Medium rare. Got well done. Floors were sticky, women’s Bathroom was dirty.
I must say, They were playing some really good music that night. Overall, we made the best of it :)
