Got the half pound meal could have used more cheese seemed like was the same amount of cheese as a regular sandwich

First I ordered the bacon burger with crinkle fries and large lemonade. I recieved my drink i took a drink tasted like water. I told the guy he got mad. He proceeded to tell me its sugar free I told him tastes like water. I get home my burger is ice cold, I had to microwave my fries. All was just bad. I only live half a block for the food to be cold. Come on now.

Firstime in the drive-thru location service was good by the chocolate black man guy
The big dude who took order was more interested in the conversation someone was having with him on his Bluetooth device even laughing at something said while I was ordering and had to ask, what did you say. Waited way to long for cold food and when asked for a condiment that's behind counter, he grabbed it and just threw it up on the tray. Then continued to walk around talking to someone on his Bluetooth device. Horrible service.
After I ordered my food I asked if I could have crinkle fries and the gal said I couldn't because curly fries were already done terrible customer service
Fast and fresh.
Cold meats, gyro bread hard, none juicy. Roast beef was the cold item. Not my first vist your Quality sucks still, fire the people helping your business not serving you, burrow help from other stores! Coupons are not going to fix this. Ask Subway what their Quality is doing for them, probably less store volume and employees and?? It's Not helping your Quality, Holy crap! Sorry people this is Bad!

I was in the drive thru waiting to place my order. I was told to wait we will be with you, 10 mins later I order, no one ahead of me, no one behind me. 1 double roast beef sandwich only the sandwich with horsey sauce and he said anything else while I was talking, I said I have a coupon for a Free slider, ordered a chicken slider. That will be 6 minutes to wait. I said No Thank you, I'll take a beef slider.... He said your price was 11. ??. Got up to the window and told him that price isn't right. He said Oh and changed it but took my card never gave me a price. He handed me my bag... I looked no Horsey, no Napkins. He already walked away, I called him but he kept walking. So I sat there until he turned around and I motioned to come here... He looked upset, I asked again for horsey and then napkins. The sandwichs were thrown together messy, and the wrappers were greasy. He never said Sorry, Thank you, Enjoy your food, nothing! I have tried this place a few times before, but this thing was the topper! I won't be back to this location again. Maybe doing a little customer service training sessions would help your business!

I ordered both of the fish sandwiches. They were served hot and fresh! I was happy with my meal, so much so I brought my cousin the next time I went and we both ordered the fish sandwiches.

I went through drive through order and he even read the order back to me asked him for Abby sauce he even said ok on that so when he came out to vehicle and even read it back to me to though it was good but got home there was no Abby sauce in the bag and the sandwich that I requested cheese on had no cheese like come on you read it all back to me and managed to still get it wrong way to go your a real win
