We went in today about 11:30 we asked if the bar area is open the server said yes it's open seating. Sat down at the bar, did not receive any service, as we were looking around we noticed a bad smell coming from the bar and how dirty the area was. After awhile we figured no one was going to serve us or greet us we left. As we were leaving the server that sat us did not say anything just watched us walk out. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you want Mexican food just drive around the corner to Ajo Al's

Went here for our Granddaughter’s birthday on April 9th, 2024. There were 10 of us and 3 of us shared lunches, our bill was over &140.00. Food was ok, not as good as it use to be. My complaint is where we were seated. It was right by the bathrooms and it was not even busy (we got there just as they were opening). I’m the one with the touchy nose and it was working overtime. My husband even said he could smell the bathrooms. Sorry to say I was sick for the rest of the day. My husband tried to talk to the manager but I was so sick we had to leave. Feel like a restaurant should not have tables by the restrooms!! Won’t be going back!! Thank you

Place was nice, stuff was great, however, the food was not as good, not Mexican at all, more like TexMex, the tortilla chips were super thin and broke easily, our bowl of chips were mostly crumbs and we asked for another one, I don't believe they were hand made in the restaurant, most likely from a grocery store.

The service is great. Our food was served hot and fast. If I had to complain about something I would say it could use a remodel but don't most mexican food places?

Nice place. Good food. Just make sure you get a good waiter. Roc is amazing ? Best waiter there.Roc is 100% better then the waiter ( hope you never get him ) that's been there for 10-15 years. Thank you Roc for being you !

Bought a brand new car at Peoria Automation and went to Arriba's Mexican Restaurant. It was fantastic! Everything was fantastic. On a fun note, I was waiting at the front door for my son to arrive and customers were arriving. In order to stay at the door waiting, I held the door open for the incoming patrons. They were thanking me as I was welcoming them to the restaurant. It was so fun pretending to be the host.

I did not enjoy my evening here.Took some time to order, get drinks and get our food. We were there for almost two hours.I ordered the fajitas and the steak portion was small. The fajitas were also bland.Maybe I went on an off night but just based off the portion size of the steak I will not be returning.

The new manager sarah is amazing. She has great customer service skills and has really changed the atmosphere. She even got rid of the loud lady that always sits at the bar and claims to know everyone and everything. Really improves that dining experience, nothing is more annoying than having to listen to that while having a cold beer. I am glad the owners brought in Sarah. Keep up the good work!
