I've been here a few times now. The water tastes clean. I'm now addicted to the ice. They have thrifty ice cream! Snowballs are so good- its a snow cone with a scoop of ice cream in the center. Definitely a great place for water, ice, and cool treats.

Only 1 star because I have come here multiple times and they are mostly closed during published business hours...very frustrating. Business hours are Mon-Wed 9am-7pm and Thurs-Sun 9am-8pm....It's 4:30pm on Monday 8/12/19 and all closed and locked up! Great when their open...if their open.

When they are actually open it's an awesome place to get ice, the problem is no matter what their hours of operation say they open & close whenever they want. Like right now for instance, it says they are open & I went there & they aren't & this happens ALL the time!!

I see all the reviews are from years back but I've been coming here since I found it around the corner from my house about 5 months back and it's been nothing but perfect. The customer service is always amazing, it seems like it's the same 4 employees (3 guys, 1 girl) and they're all great and professional. The store is always clean spotless, the ice cream is always fresh and delicious it seems, and their water is the best water I've ever had, it's the only water I will drink now.

I love their water been coming here with my dad since I can remember. We regularly come to fill 15-20 5gallon water jugs but his place has gone down hill completely. So today of all day I was upset at the bad customer service, I came in to get my 32oz hydro flask completely filled with ice first and then water like I told the lady and she does the opposite not only that but she make me wait 15min and she charges me .50 and I was like really they usually charge me .25 cent and she goes it cause I gave you ice and I was like less then 1/4 of a scoop of ice note to those who come here only thing good about this place is the thrifty's ice cream but that about it.

A once fun place to fill your water jugs, stock up on ice, and enjoy some tasty Thrifty ice cream, among other options...(see pics) BUT!!! this place has become bare bones!!! its probably because of the worst customer service offered by one of their employees. You can't miss her, she is the one who always wears retro rock band t-shirts and never greets or thanks you for your patronage. All other employees are great, but she's like a rock in your shoe. When ever I walk in and I lay eyes on her, I turn around and leave, because I rather buy my ice from another place than to taint my day with her bad attitude. On the up side they have good prices on ice. PLEASE!! note, the pictures offered are not how this establishment looks now!! its just the opposite.

This place is awesome if you can ever find it open. I use to be a regular here till the hours started varying. I tend to buy 20lbs bags of ice here. Back in the day if you brought 10 or more 5 gallons jugs they'd give you a discount per gallon of water so you'd only have to pay of .25 cents instead of .35 but I am sure it has changed since then, who knows! Oh Thrifty Ice Cream! They got it here! 3 out of 5 stars, inconsistent hours makes them lose a perfect rating from me.

I am fine with drinking tap water but my machinery isn't. This is where I currently go to get my water bottles filled. Having been here once a week for the last six months or so I think I can say I am a regular customer. Whether you get help loading your bottles in the car and filling the bottles depends on who is working and how many customers there are at the moment, they are generally pretty good about it. In addition to water they also have Thrifty ice cream, shaved ice, coffee and some other snacks. It is a nice clean store.
