Bar Louie - Westgate Entertainment District

Music made me wish I had brought ear plugs. The doors were propped open so the the bugs had great access to fly around and enjoy our meal with us the entire time which made it an easy decision First and last time here.

I arrived at bar louie with my family before the Kendrick and SZA concert. We were sat down really fast and the server did a great job getting our order in and waters out. Unfortunately, after the waters nothing else came out in a hurry. The food was brought to our table an hour later and was cold. Not to mention an item was completely forgotten about. When the General manager came over he asked how everything was and we were honest about the wait and how the food was delivered. The GM was rude and did not account for how the food at his restaurant was delivered and took it out on us. The server did a great job maintaining the peace and was super kind the rest of the time we were at bar louie. Great job on the server, poor management and kindness to the General Manager.

Lluvia was Super professional, super proficient at the menu and pleasant and clean looking!

My friend and I were serviced by the best hostess ever named Ally Brey she was so attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond for my friend we really appreciate me that.

Took my family to this bar Louie as a change of scenery from tempe. Our server Gavin was amazing and let us know that because of the event happening for the kendrick Lamar and Sza concert the food would take a while to come out. Drinks came out decently fast for my party, and the event menu was a bit different from the regular menu I had grown accustomed to. Either way the GM of this location and Gavin our server made it an enjoyable and memorable time and compromised our experience fairly.

Showed up, on a time crunch, for a concert at the nearby State farm stadium. Sam, our server was quick to help us but most importantly quick to let us know that things might not be as quick as another evening [[without a nearby, record breaking, concert tour]] no problem for us! Sam was well informed to the menu and what was available and unavailable on a busy night such as that. We had been to Bar Louie's before and had a good time but our second visit confirmed the consistency of good service and yummy food before the next event of your evening.

Ally is an absolute gem, she is charming and so much fun to be around, im a manager at a restaurant and I would steal her asap!!!

I had a great experience in Bar Louie on a recent Wednesday evening. My server, Kalon, is the reason I'm writing a 5-star review. She was extremely patient, eloquent, and professional with her waiting. She promptly arrived at our table very shortly after we were sat, and took drink orders. She was very attentive and checked on our table often with a pleasant smile and welcoming demeanor, during the entire visit. The food itself was good, I had the chef's burger. The wait for our food was shorter than anticipated. Atmosphere was vibrant in character, and comfortable. Should you choose to visit, ask if Kalon is in, as she'll give you great service for your first or a return visit. Cheers

Server was rude. Spilled my husbands water and didn’t say anything about it, waited over 45 minutes for food, as soon as we got it there was a hair in it.

Went for dinner after a Cardinals game. Had the reuben sandwich which was served on sourdough bread when it was supposed to be on rye bread. Only cheese on half the sandwich. Sandwich was cold. Had to wait 20 minutes for service and then 45 minutes for food. Asked for tarter sauce for the fries and they were out? Don't the Cooks know how to make tarter sauce??? Sad when the best part of the meal was the French fries.... would not go there again.

We came here to watch the Bears vs Cardinals game and had a great experience from Vanessa. The food was amazing and she is an excellent attentive server. Bar Louie is a Chicago bar so we felt right at home. Thank you Bar Louie and Vanessa!
