We made this reservation two weeks ahead of time. We also confirmed through open table when we walked up to the host stand the host said they cannot honor any reservations for the night? he also said he emailed all reservations but i did not receive any emails and my open table reservation was still active. He then eventually sat us. when my friend ordered an espresso martini she was told 30 mins later they were out if baileys- she made a comment she didnt see baileys in the mr bean and then 10 mins later we saw someone get served an espresso martini. In the end she waited almost a whole hour and got an espresso martini with no apology from the server. Overall we ordered an app and then asked for the check. We both work in the service world and have alot of patience but i will not go back to bar louie

Came in tonight fit the first time the food was very good! Had Mattie D as our waitress she did a amazing job couldn’t have asked fur better servise very sweet and nice she was very good at her job she deserves a raise will be back again as long as she is my waitress

We came to Bar Luis on Christmas Day. The service was a little slow, but the staff was wonderful and did a phenomenal job—especially considering it was a holiday and they were likely short-staffed.
The food was amazing, and we had a great time overall. We truly appreciate them taking the time to serve others on a holiday when they could have been spending time with their families.

I have an allergy which I explained to the waitress in great detail. The kitchen staff took no notice so I could not finish the meal because I was too ill. To add insult to injury, Bar Louie tried to charge for the meal.
