No, letting me do half star
No Mexican it white food
This has quickly become my favorite restaurant. The interior is spacious, clean, comfortable and extremely colorful. Wait staff are friendly and efficient. The menu offers a twist on the typical mexican restaurant offerings, and the difference is outstanding. For me, I absolutely love the chicken tortilla soup; I could eat it every day, it's just that good.

It's not my first time but I only went again for convenience. It's overpriced gringo mexican food and you don't get much for you're money. It's decent but you don't know good mexican food if this is your go to place.

I have been here multiple times and the food has been delicious every time. For the quality of the food you get I feel the pricing is fair.
The staff has always been kind and helpful.
It's a little loud with the music but you can still have a conversation.
Kid-friendly. Parking has never been a problem when I've gone.

Thought I’d give this place a try despite its rating. It was one of my most expensive meals and one of the most disgusting meals in my life. I’ve legitimately never tasted food so bad in my life. I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I should do a good service and warn people if you come here you are choosing to waste your money go somewhere else. The waiter was really nice she had bangs with short hair :)

This was my first and last visit. I will say the staff are amazing people, super friendly. I found the resturant to be very loud and it was difficult to hear my sister from across the table. There are no soft surfaces to absorb sound so it bounces off everywhere making it to loud.
Now the food:
The chips were amazing!! Best chips I have found anywhere. I ordered a chicken chimichanga, the chicken was very moist but had No flavor. It tasted like boiled chicken. The rice tasted like boxed rice and the refried beans tasted more like lime. All around disappointing. The desserts were good but not amazing and the drink I ordered from the bar may as well been all fruit juice. So for a tab, including tip, of over $80 for two ppl it was not worth the money spent.

We went to the arrowhead location my friend had never been there before and we ordered our food all was OK then the server said she was going off shift and another server would take over. He came by i ordered a cocktail and after about 10 minutes or so I saw him on the other side of the restaurant shooting the breeze with other employees I had get up and walk to the bar to get my drink. He basically ignored us and when he came by he saw I had my drink and didn't say a word. The service was terrible. I paid the tab and we went to another place to have a few more drinks for happy hour

Barrio Queen has a great building great location and the ambience is good. The noise level was pretty high for only having a few customers in the restaurant. We did not receive a greeting by the hostess. She sat us down and didn't say anything to us. That was a poor start to our evening. We dined with friends and our waitress did not stop by for about 10 minutes. Chips or water we're not presented while we wait if they had been somewhat busy they could've at least said something to us.. The drinks were still on happy hour, but they were extremely small and almost completely ice. Not impressive at all. We had three margaritas, a beer and a soda. We had queso dip for appetizer and four entrées. No one was particularly thrilled with their food just thought it was OK. I really think this place has a lot of potential, but they need to rethink the way that they train their employees. The employees seemed extremely unhappy, which is not the customer's fault. I really don't look at it as the employees being the problem, I see management is the problem. The Mexican food options are endless and I would not return to this restaurant. We had tried it when it first opened. We had tried it twice and did not care much for it decided to return and try again.
I loved the loaded nachos! This place has a really nice atmosphere, great for family or friends.

Best authentic in the valley. It's worth the cost, and the masa corn tortillas are amazing along with the carne asada, mocajete steak, chicken, and shrimp. Best Mexican restaurant in AZ
