I’m not very happy about this place. We usually are excited to go here but today as me and my husband ordered our usual. they gave us the wrong order . We called very nicely and asked about what we ordered and this was not it they argued with us and told us no they have a lot of people in front and I think customer service is one of the things they need to work on.

I ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread with cheese for delivery. I placed my order through Barro's pizza for delivery and they use Door Dash for delivery. My order was wrong (I received garlic bread without cheese) so I called Barro's since I placed my order with Barro's, not Door Dash. The girl that answered the phone told me I needed to contact Door Dash for a refund and/or report the driver. Im unsure why Barro's was unable to reimburse me for their error. To make the situation more upsetting, I am unable to get a refund through Door Dash since I placed my order through Barro's, not Door Dash. To anyone reading this review, Barro's has crappy customer service.

Actually had take out pizza cooked to perfection. Toppings were all very good and laid on quite heavy. Delicious!
Horrible service. I witnessed the manager yelling at his cashier who seemed very young. They messed up a customers order and this young cashier was trying to tell the manager that the customer was right and the error was on Barros. However his response was "No one is talking to you are they". When your own employee admits an error was made you Sir should honor it not harass your employee or customer. Shame on you Sir. I will never return here again my children had to witness his unprofessionalism.

Honestly this place is ridiculous if you’re ordering online for delivery they force you to order via doordash. there’s no way around it. ordering via doordash is more expensive and they don’t offer any of their deals lole they do im store. don’t even bother trying to place your order over the phone if you’re not picking up they still make you order through doordash. a scam. at least offer your online menu on doordash
