Very good on timing,the salad was so good n big portions n Pizza was spot on.The location was clean n bathroom too..I hate restraunts that have nasty bathrooms.

I ordered pizza on line in a Friday, it said it would take 30 minutes, I show up they said oven is down it will be another 15 minutes. Fine, no problem. 20 minutes later I go check on it and I’m told it’s another 5 or 10 minutes. Slightly ridiculous and I’m irritated, I don’t say anything or make a scene because, who likes that? The manager comes out and apologizes profusely and makes things right. Thank you for doing the right thing, what a way to step up and ensure that I continue to come back.

Solid Barros pizza, sad that inflation cause slices to go up but I get it. Still a great deal and the staff is always friendly.
Maybe do something with local Schools for reading books get a free personal pizza with purchase or something. Kinda like what the hut did in the 90s

My club sandwich was great! I would get it again. However the young ladies at the counter were not checking the dine-in silverware and most of the containers were empty. Since they were not busy waiting on customers I mentioned it to them. One of them put a small handful of knives in one of the containers but left the rest empty. 🤷♀️ Also one of the two ice dispensers was empty. My sister mentioned it to them but no one checked/refilled it. Again they were standing around without customers quite a bit of the time. Made us wonder if no manager was on duty. We'll still be back. Love the pizza. Just thought you'd like to know some of the staff are not motivated to stay on top of things. Thank you.

I’m not very happy about this place. We usually are excited to go here but today as me and my husband ordered our usual. they gave us the wrong order . We called very nicely and asked about what we ordered and this was not it they argued with us and told us no they have a lot of people in front and I think customer service is one of the things they need to work on.

I ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread with cheese for delivery. I placed my order through Barro's pizza for delivery and they use Door Dash for delivery. My order was wrong (I received garlic bread without cheese) so I called Barro's since I placed my order with Barro's, not Door Dash. The girl that answered the phone told me I needed to contact Door Dash for a refund and/or report the driver. Im unsure why Barro's was unable to reimburse me for their error. To make the situation more upsetting, I am unable to get a refund through Door Dash since I placed my order through Barro's, not Door Dash. To anyone reading this review, Barro's has crappy customer service.
