I had a terrible experience here completely ruined my whole son's birthday surprise!! Was so disappointed.. Went online ordered a customized design cake took my time to find the photo to print, picked the color design. Got charged $50.. thought well if it's convenient and done right it's worth it... Showed up at noon on his birthday to pick up the complete wrong photo design they printed on his cake!!! đ Worse part about it was they didn't apologize offered a $3 discount đ lol Really why would I pay 47$ for a tiny cake with the wrong design!! I was so frustrated and disappointed đ my son didn't get the cake I promised him grrr man!! They said if I waited 40 mins she can drive back and print the right design The service , time I spent arguing with them to fix it I was now late to my son's party!! Like HELLO man Please do Not go here!!! Just read all the other reviews literally same bad experience from 80% of the reviews!!

We went in last night after a devastating day, it was almost closing time but yet we were still greeted by a beautiful smiling young lady named Summer. She had no idea what the impact of her kind, and patient personality made on us in those moments. Was rarely go to chains due to the lack of customer service, and poor quality- this was a complete opposite experience.
Thank you Summer for your top notch service, suggestions and as many samples as we wanted ;) My tropical and nutty coconut was divine, hubby didn't complain either. Don't lose that joy for anything you put your mind to!

The clerk whipped her hair and went in my Ice cream tried to get a refund and they didnât know how. They didnât even have a manager, please if your the owner reading this please get back to me I need a refund because your employees are not trained and not wearing hair nets.

Disappointing experience. The employeeâs shirt was soaked with sweat and had holes, which felt unsanitary. He stopped us mid-order to finish an online order, even though we were the only ones there. The ice cream looked like it was melting in the coolers. He apologized for being the only one working, but I wouldnât return to this location.
Order a cake 2 days in advance only to receive a call 33 minutes before scheduled pick up letting me know nobody made my cake and they were out of the ice cream I ordered. They offered to make a cake with another flavor ice cream or give me a cake with the same ice cream flavor but not the same cake. Or the design I chose. It was the fact that I was told they have no cake decorator on Monday's and the Sunday decorator didn't make it.i did get a cake but will not order here again.
