You all need a take a number system. I'm a regular customer and I patiently stood waiting only to be left behind folks that came in ten minutes after I did. After waiting 20 min I ended up leaving empty handed. Not happy.

Went to this location and got a banana royale only to get home to find out there was hardly any ice cream. I called to complain to the manager and was told you only get 2.5 ounces of ice cream with the banana royale for over $8 and prices are going up next week. I have been going to this location for years and never had this experience and will not be returning.

I ordered a milk shake, and the milk was sour. My husband could immediately taste the sour milk as well. I called the store because it was an Uber Eats order, to inform them that their milk has gone bad. The person who answered said that they don’t think they have any sour milk. I said that I tasted it and it was bad so I’m telling them that so they don’t serve it to anyone else. The employee said “ok”. That was it. Terrible customer service! Don’t go here!

This is a enspensive place to come and don't make no damn sense why you guy's price is so high on everything including a scoop of ice cream in the cone? I'm not coming back to this place ever again and other locations that are baskin Robbins too because that's not fair the prices on everything got raised up.

I called to order a quart of ice cream and was hung up on 5 times IN A ROW. Finally when the woman answered I asked if they do that often, just hang up on customers and she didn’t again. I had to call a different location to get one simple answer, I will now go out of my way to go to a location with better customer service.

I've been going to this location for a few years now, and it's always a good experience. But today was not. The blonde young women with glasses working there had a horrible attitude on the phone, and when I went to pick up my cake. After I checked the cake to make sure it looked good (which it did), I said thank you and she just walked away without saying anything into the back with a nasty face. Hopefully, this lady will not be helping me in the future because if that is the case, I will just get my cakes from the Coldstone closer to my house.

I ordered banana royale on DoorDash for $17 dollars just to literally toss in the trash because when i received it there’s was maybe 4 pieces of banana in my cup the scoops were so small I wasnt even upset that the ice cream melted I was more upset on the fact that I couldn’t eat it it was so bad. I’ve came to this located plenty of times but tonight I will not be coming back. I just couldn’t believe it. I’ve never experienced service like this. Do better please.

I haven't been to this location in a while. It's under new ownership now. Previously, this place was awesome. I'm not sure how the new owners did it, but it is even better now. I highly recommend this location.
