Biryani and Bites

Worst dine in experience than any Indian restaurant in US so far. Food is average and not worth for the money paid.
Service is really bad.

Update: Jan 2026 food is just getting worse. For pachi mirchi. Used to be green chilies and spicy but not anymore. Just some Biriyani rice with hard Boneless chicken. Just avoid.

Boneless chicken in Biriyani is old reused hard as rock. It’s a hit or miss. Not even real Biriyani. Just make Biriyani rice then add some color chicken. $37 for 2 boxes. Both thrown away. Not going back.

They make you wait even though ordered an hour early. Also, with their offers during the week, expect less quantities than the regular. Not an offer really just a marketing gimmick!!

Food is good though!!

Extremely unprofessional working staff, especially the kitchen staff. Will argue with you if you make sense whatsoever and attempt to belittle others. Does not comprehend basic communication skills and lack professionalism. Completely unsanitary conditions, rusty cutlery tools used in preparation of all food, Would HIGHLY advise against eating at this unsanitary eatery.

I strongly suggest you stop serving the Veggie Guntur Paneer Biryani and the Chilli Paneer, as both were very disappointing. The paneer tasted stale, almost as if it was weeks old. The biryani was just plain rice with no real masala, undercooked, and extremely dry. The Chilli Paneer was so poorly prepared it actually gave me a stomach ache.

For dishes priced at $16–$17 each, I really wish there was some quality control, at the very least, tasting the food before serving it. It’s better to not serve an item if it isn’t prepared well than to sell it assuming no one will notice.

I’m updating this review not out of frustration, but in the hope that you take this feedback seriously and improve. Thank you!

Love biryani bites(Aahwaanam). Love everything I tried until now.

Mamsam ghee roast is out of the world delicious. It melts in your mouth. 10/5

Vijayawada chicken biryani is delicious and Chicken is super flavorful and moist. 5/5

Masakali fish biryani and the masakali chicken biryani are the best biryanis I have tried. For sure a must try !

Staffs were arrogant.Table was all dirty and when asked, staff told me they don't clean the table and you have to clean yourselves. Tables were all dirty and food was average.

Staff need to change their rude attitude and need to clean tables as we don't come to restaurant to clean tables.

Undoubtedly best Biriyani i ever had, their bezawada Biriyani is really so good……i visited with my friends, and the people who work there was really good….will definitely visit again!!!
Wait time was little long but understandable since it was very crowded!!!

Delicious food and good staff, I would love to visit again

I ordered for 2 Masala Dosa - just got one dosa and Idli. It’s not the first time it happened multiple times with this shop. Earlier 2 times they gave me Veg Biryani instead Chicken Biryani. They didn’t refund or gave credit for the next time order. Unpleasant experience and more frustrated. Open and check your order all the time because they mess up all the time.
