Biryani and Bites

Extremely unprofessional working staff, especially the kitchen staff. Will argue with you if you make sense whatsoever and attempt to belittle others. Does not comprehend basic communication skills and lack professionalism. Completely unsanitary conditions, rusty cutlery tools used in preparation of all food, Would HIGHLY advise against eating at this unsanitary eatery.

I strongly suggest you stop serving the Veggie Guntur Paneer Biryani and the Chilli Paneer, as both were very disappointing. The paneer tasted stale, almost as if it was weeks old. The biryani was just plain rice with no real masala, undercooked, and extremely dry. The Chilli Paneer was so poorly prepared it actually gave me a stomach ache.

For dishes priced at $16–$17 each, I really wish there was some quality control, at the very least, tasting the food before serving it. It’s better to not serve an item if it isn’t prepared well than to sell it assuming no one will notice.

I’m updating this review not out of frustration, but in the hope that you take this feedback seriously and improve. Thank you!

Love biryani bites(Aahwaanam). Love everything I tried until now.

Mamsam ghee roast is out of the world delicious. It melts in your mouth. 10/5

Vijayawada chicken biryani is delicious and Chicken is super flavorful and moist. 5/5

Masakali fish biryani and the masakali chicken biryani are the best biryanis I have tried. For sure a must try !

Staffs were arrogant.Table was all dirty and when asked, staff told me they don't clean the table and you have to clean yourselves. Tables were all dirty and food was average.

Staff need to change their rude attitude and need to clean tables as we don't come to restaurant to clean tables.

Undoubtedly best Biriyani i ever had, their bezawada Biriyani is really so good……i visited with my friends, and the people who work there was really good….will definitely visit again!!!
Wait time was little long but understandable since it was very crowded!!!

Delicious food and good staff, I would love to visit again

I ordered for 2 Masala Dosa - just got one dosa and Idli. It’s not the first time it happened multiple times with this shop. Earlier 2 times they gave me Veg Biryani instead Chicken Biryani. They didn’t refund or gave credit for the next time order. Unpleasant experience and more frustrated. Open and check your order all the time because they mess up all the time.

Service is terrible. The food and drinks took an hour to go. The food was spicy. Hardly any meat inside the container, plus they give you a tablespoon of curry and yogurt to go with a mountain of rice. They recently expanded their restaurant. Used to have a good reputation - not coming here anymore.

I love Indian food and I found and tried this place for the first time yesterday and OMGGG SO DELICIOUS!!!! I’ve tried so many Indian restaurants in Phoenix but this place is the BEST!! The food is so flavorful and perfect, I will be back and I will be a regular customer! ❤️❤️

Be very careful when paying here. They charged me for item I never ordered. Make sure to check your bill when you pay
