Didn't get my milk and waitress did not once check on us. Needed more syrup for my pancakes. We were a large group but still expected some follow up.

Went this morning for my 5 years old son's birthday, it was a very bad experience and would never go back there again! The food was ok BUT the service was ridiculously bad, after we finished eating my son wanted to go to the bathroom, he left his hat on the table, we came back to see the hat was gone!! The waiter toss it with the garbage!!? What the hell, how you decided to trash your customers belongings without asking them!? We weren't finished yet and haven't paid the bill yet! My birthday boy was sooo upset about his hat making it a very bad birthday experience! I am glad that we didn't left the kids tablets on the table or it would've been thrown in the garbage too!!

The server was nice and attentive.
Food took awhile but came out hot and fresh. The ice tea is good. Pepsi products otherwise.
The meat lover burrito was huge! Husband took half of it home.
The Reuben could have had more meat, sauce, and sauerkraut. Tasted a bit dry. Was super greasy.
Hash browns tasted off. Like old oil was was used... Or an unclean skillet that had old oil on it still? No grape jelly.
Last two times I've been there it is a ghost town. Like one guy at the bar and maybe one table other than mine. Kinda weird.
Not the worst. Not the best.

very very poor service we waited 30 minutes to be seated and then waited over an hour for a food to come out before we just got up and left we will absolutely never go there again. I'm normally not a one-star guy that this place was terrible.

I've only gone for breakfast but both times the service was excellent, the food was tasty and only wish the coffee would be a bit stronger.

I'm always a fan of Biscuits, and this location is no exception. The cinnamon rolls always have a ridiculous amount of frosting and everything is always well cooked! Can't wait until next time.

Food was only okay for the price. Our table ordered a ham steak and it had no flavor the cinnamon roll wasn't good. Biscuits & gravy was decent, kids enjoyed the French toast & pancakes. The service was great. Server was nice and patient (we were a large group) and drinks were always filled. We won't be back to this location. The one 59th and union hills location much better. Oh and they didnt have kids menus and crayons! What kind of restaurant doesn't have kids menus?!

Service always great! Love their coffee!
Excellent food and service. Costly, but what isn't today? I'll definitely be back.
Omlette and coffee was cold. We ordered a cinnamon roll out first and it came after we we were practically done with the omlettes. The biscuits were amazing though.
Addy was nice but maybe they're a little understaffed because it took a bit to get a top off of warm coffee to heat up the first round of cold coffee. Overall, we won't go back just wasn't worth it.
