Coffee is good but never get the ham and Swiss croissant. Just got it and took 1 bite, it’s literally a single slice of ham rolled up into a croissant. Really disappointed but not on the staff, on black rock coffee.

Love this location. They are always welcoming and accurate with the order. They also take the time to get to know their customers.

Black Rock Coffee Bar on Thompson Peak and Bell is an absolute gem for a hang in the neighborhood. The team is friendly and knowledgeable on their coffee and food and helpful on finding the right drink for me.

The atmosphere is great, from the music to design and furniture. We found it conducive to a productive conversation. Clean, modern, but a little more upscale to the big competitor.

I’ll define back to support Black Rock and keep them busy in North Scottsdale.

Great coffee but slowest drive through i’ve ever been in. 5 cars ahead of me and we waited 20 minutes in the line.

I visited black rock coffee at this location on June 18th around 5pm and ordered a blended drink. While drinking it, I suddenly felt something unusual in my mouth. I spit it out and discovered it was a piece of plastic in the drink. This was concerning and disappointing. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed to prevent it from happening to anyone else.

Here's you're reminder that black rock is better than Starbucks. Make the switch, drink better coffee and be happy

Stopped here for something to eat before hitting the Gateway trailhead. I wasn’t expecting much, but the breakfast sandwich was actually really good. Maybe it was the fluffy eggs that put it over the top, but I was surprisingly impressed. We headed out with an (expensive) donut, but it was worth it we learned. My only issue was the menu font was pretty tiny for how far it was from where you order.

Came in today to grab breakfast and coffee before our hike today. Phenomenal service by Lindsey chatting up different hiking trails in the area. Food was great, and as always, the Carmel Blondie hit the spot before hitting the path. I highly recommend this chain!!

Drive Thru is super slow. Quality is sub par. Rewards program is a sham now.
