My daughter got a drink and a bagel at this location with her friend. Her friend had to return the bagel as there was a piece of hair in it. When my daughter got home with her drink, she found a bunch of plastic inside. Pics and video included. Please, please your food/drink preparing practices. Have a copy of her apple pay should you need it as well to figure out what happened. PS. BTW called the store to let them know but they blew me off.
Ordered a fuel and it tasted like actual battery acid, like i just drank a handful of sunscreen or took a bite straight out of a chlorine block. They put no flavor in the drink at all just the white stuff that makes the fuel “frozen” my cat also died today this was supposed to make my day better but no instead it made me want to drive into the atlantic ocean and never come back. Please never sell a frozen fuel ever again for your customers sake ?

The place to go for coffee in North Scottsdale. It offers delicious and high-qualify coffee, matcha latte, and other beverages in a very pleasant setting with views of the McDowell Mountains and the Valley. The staff is very friendly. It’s a great place to read a book or the newspaper. I have been coming here for over two years and it was my son’s first stop when we left the hospital after he was born. It’s a very special place for us. The staff and regulars have seen my son grow up.
Kid-friendliness: Black Rock Coffee is very kid-friendly. The staff has always been wonderful to my son. There is plenty of space for strollers.

I love coming to this Black Rock as I do many others! Today I received a free drink, which is great, but I was told I’m unable to tip on a card or Apple Pay if the drink is free. It would be cool if the technology could be updated or if it could be inquired upon to allow this. Just like when a bartender offers you something on the house, it’s your duty to take care of him or her. ?

Drive thru is fine, went inside one day and asked if it was okay to play an hour long game while we enjoyed our beverages, oh yeah no problem. Ordered our drinks and started setting up the game. Got our drinks and then about 2 minutes later found out the inside lobby area is now closed and we need to leave. Wish I knew that when I asked.

Service is always great. Unfortunately for us early risers there is no where to sit for a more peaceful noise environment. Outside the music is lower, but the blower on fan for the garage doors is always running making it as loud as inside with music. (Don’t mind loud music after 8am) :)

Do you remember the old Shane Co. commercials “your friend in the diamond business” well anyways where I’m going with it is that Black Rock is your friend in the coffee industry, always consistently good quality and the staff is always happy to be there.
