Good coffee - i tried the new spring roast for $3 for a small. Nice outdoor seating and free wifi, although it was too slow for a zoom meeting. Service is fast and the people working are SO sweet.

Do you remember the old Shane Co. commercials “your friend in the diamond business” well anyways where I’m going with it is that Black Rock is your friend in the coffee industry, always consistently good quality and the staff is always happy to be there.

Best coffee shop in scottsdale, the fuels are amazing. Way better than dutch, and they typically do really good deals so u can get cheap drinks if you follow them on instagram. Also, everyone who works here is so nice and friendly!

I needed a coffee fix Sunday afternoon.. I got the coffee vanilla latte, 4 pumps not six as the sweetest young lady suggested. It was perfect. These young ladies are great and the coffee is too. Thank you ladies you're the best Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you

Drinks: We got a cappuccino with oat milk and the Mexican mocha. Coffee quality is very mediocre and the Mexican mocha has a syrupy artificial sweetener taste to it.Food: The baked goods looked decent, but we needed some protein for breakfast so went for the breakfast burritos. They were microwaved, which is fine, and were piping hot. But the flavor is very bland, even with the sauce (almost liked a watered down sour cream with limited flavor). But it was enough food for a quick breakfast.Service: Super friendly staff and very fast turnaround!Atmosphere: love that there is indoor and outdoor seating, and one side of the building could open up to let air through! Very clean, and great vibes for hanging with some friends / family!

We're visiting the area and stopped here for iced caramel blondie and muffin. The drinks and muffin were great. My only complaint is that the music is blasting too loud. We had a hard time placing our order and trying to have a conversation at an indoor table. Selection of music was fine but too loud.

I like to try any local coffee shop that isn't Starbucks when I travel, and found this place on Yelp when I was in Scottsdale this morning. At one point wasn't sure where my GPS was taking me since it appeared I was headed through a gorgeous new suburban community near the mountains, though the drive itself was quite enjoyable and very scenic. All of. Sudden just past Wingate Ranch, a small shopping center appears. So glad I found this place because it had a great vibe, and a really good vanilla oat milk latte, but the homemade blackberry raspberry toaster pastry was absolutely to die for and would warrant a visit any time I am near Scottsdale. Also don't want to overlook the great service! Very friendly, quick, & efficient & surprisingly they have a drive through but I'd prefer to stop in.

This was definitely not on my route this morning but I'm glad I stopped in. The lobby was open, HI CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So friendly & helpful. While neurons failed us both, she was super nice & asked what I was looking for. She made a suggestion, I heard cinnamon & espresso & said yes! I love cinnamon. It was very good. I enjoyed it but I do wish the cinnamon was the Vietnamese cinnamon. It's a cinnamon that has an extra bite & is very, very memorable. So yum! That aside, definitely worth it!!

What happened to BRC??? I'm talking about the location in North Scottsdale on Bell near Thompson Peak. Went through the drive thru this morning and got my usual Mexican Moca expecting to get my coffee reward (claimed it online last night) and was charged full price. When I brought it to the attention of the server, she said she'd get me next time. Not sure how that works. #eyeroll. But it only gets worse. I thought the cup felt lighter than normal for a medium sized coffee and low and behold, when I opened the lid, it was half full. I also ordered a croissant for which I was given no napkins and it was hard as a brick. Not to mention their prices have gone up and away. Back to Starbucks for me.
