What a crap show. First time here, waiting in the drive thru 5 cars deep. Get to the order box, sit there for 5 minutes waiting to order. Nothing happens so we drive up to the window. The female working the window couldn’t give a crap about customer service. We mentioned waiting at the speaker box to order and she replied “there’s an AI message that told you to just pull forward”, well there was not. When we replied that there was no such message, she replied “well, that’s not our fault”. Then while ordering, without having a menu to look at, we had to repeat our requests multiple times for her to get it correct. Example: Medium blended s’mores. She asked what size we wanted🤦🏼♀️. The entire time the other worker was making the drinks, she complained to him about her life and work problems. We ordered 3 drinks total. She handed 2 drinks out the window, 3 straws, and told us to have a great day. We had to ask for the 3rd drink. She handed it to us, but then the other employee, who made the drinks, came to the window and asked for it back. It was missing the toppings. Maybe this is a M-F only location?!? I do not recommend because of the lack of service received today.

My breakfast sandwich was extra crispy. Was to hard really to eat. Bacon over crispy burnt taste. Coffee wasn't good either. I will stick with Blagk Rock off Waddell Rd . They better.

Best customer service, great drinks, they recommend similar drinks to what you like when you don't know what you want! Try the white snickers iced coffee....mmmmmm yum.
Oh and allllllll the sugar free options you could want! That's one of my favorite things about Black Rock!

I am always a fan of the shaken espresso with Irish cream flavor. Today was a happy mistake. I ordered my usual iced and received a blended version instead. My 5 stars still stand because it was delicious. And may rotate into my usual order.

I came last minute, so grateful they were open this late. I was greeted by Jayden. (I hope I spelled his name right.) He was not only kind, accommodating, and professional, but he made amazing drinks! I didn’t even know what I wanted, I just asked for two yummy, blended frappes and that’s exactly what I got!
I don’t even live on this side of town, but would come out of my way just to be served by someone who does such a great job! He took the time to consider my requests and whipped up two excellent, surprise drinks! This memorable experience was enough to become a regular patron. I loved the dark chocolate drink he made me!
Watched the barista shove as many ice cubes as he possibly could into my XL cup. Was nice to enjoy my drink for the 5 minutes I had it. Hate it when places are run by lazy teenagers.

I love Black Rock but this location is frustrating. When busy they turn off the speaker so you have to order at the window and wait for your drink to be made. This backs up the line and makes for longer wait times. This morning was the worst though; the location at 6805 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308 has TWO drive-thru lanes and I have NEVER seen the second one being used. This morning at about 11am cars were lined up out into the access road and that second drive-up STILL wasn't open. Rather than contribute to blocking traffic I opted to go somewhere else. The location is either grossly understaffed, poorly trained, or not motivated to do their best work. P.S. There are usually road cones blocking the second drive-up right out by the street. No such luck today as I got almost up to the window before there was a blank black standing sign blocking it. Had to reverse all the way back out to the street so as to not hit other customers as they left.

Friendly order taker. Please provide a water mist around your store for your employees, we all know hot the weather is and the scorching sun doesn't make it any better.
