Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. We understand places get busy but we sat in front of of the drive thru mic for almost 15 mins and no one would say anything. We finally decided to drive up and the guy and girl didn’t even look in the direction of the drive thru even tho it’s noticeable there is a vehicle right outside the window. Based off of Google they were not closed yet. Arrived around 7:19 and left at 7:34. Was very excited to try this place bur I’ll just Stick to Dutch bros and Starbucks based off of this bad experience

It is becoming inconsistent with taste. I ordered a large matcha blended with almond milk. Mostly has the taste of water and not much matcha. In all honesty, I didn't finish the drink. Staff has declined in friendliness. I was met with an attitude from a staff member.

We have been going to this location for awhile. It’s been ok. Recently, we noticed that they will not give us “light ice” when we request it and they have consistently messed up our ice tea order. When we asked about light ice they tell us that is light ice and that is what they can do and if they put even lighter ice they will have to charge us more. This is a picture of light ice after being in the drink for about 10 mins or so after some of it melted. I’m annoyed that I drink several sips and it’s almost gone. Have decided not to go here anymore, I’ll just get tea from Walmart across the street.

Matcha. Enough said. I’ll say more though, black rock is my favorite main stream cafe to get my matcha latte fix!! I get it blended and sometimes I add caramel. Once in a while I like to order a blended chai latte with caramel and that’s also heavenly!! Friendly staff. I appreciate the kindness.
