Black Rock iced coffee is the best- it’s so much better than Dunkin, Starbucks or Dutch Bros- it’s addictive. A bit pricey, so can’t be a daily treat.

Although the employee at the window was smiling when reading off my order, when I tipped her she didn’t even say thank you ? Like why am I tipping when all you do is make a drink and hand it to me, but I did and not even a thank you ?! Also my blended brevé had big chunks of ice still in the drink, not happy because this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened….maybe I should ask for it to be double blended or not visit this location I suppose 🙄☹️ #crunchcrunchcrunch

We used to love coming here, but today was the 3rd time in 2 weeks that my order has been incorrect. ☹️ I order Oatmilk because I have an autoimmune issue so I try to keep dairy at a minimum and my Lattes have been made with regular milk in each of these instances, even though the order was repeated correctly. Thankfully I don’t have a true allergy but this carelessness is not okay. I hope this feedback makes it to the correct person so they can coach the staff.
