Have been here a few times now and service and food/coffee have been consistently great. Space is very cute. Very friendly whenever we come in and are always greeted warmly and offered samples. Would definitely recommend.

This is perhaps the best bakery I've visited in Phoenix. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxed, despite being constantly busy. The food itself is amazing, and even dishes I traditionally don't like are delicious.
I heard great things about Blue Corn and like to explore different local cafe's. Took my husband on a cafe date here, and it was worth the drive. Wide selection of bakery items, coffee was amazing, and our sandwiches were full of flavor. The staff is super friendly, interior is cute, clean with seating options in the front and back. The owner Nick was there and greeted us and asked if everything was good, he was professional and friendly. We took some sourdough bread home, it was chewy with a nice crust, so good. We will be back for sure!
5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD We went for the first time 2 weeks ago and got samples of the majority of their items which lead to us buying way more than intended! Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I went a second time just a few days ago and the service was similar to the first! Highly reccomend this place. I doubt you'll go and not love most of their goods!

Came here for a silent book club meet up. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Plenty of places to sit. There were a lot of us, but we were helped quickly. Employees were handing out samples of some of the baked goods while we waited. I had the spinach quiche and it was lovely. Some places you go the quiche is dry. Not here. They also had several flavors. My table mate had the tomato medley and loved it. For coffee, I had an iced honey lavender latte. Flavor was great and not overly sweet. Got to sample the blueberry, pistachio and strawberry rose muffins. They were all really tasty. Will absolutely be back to try the tarts!

Stopped in to do some work and get some good, I am SO glad I ended up choosing this place. I plan on this being a regular spot when I am working in Glendale. The environment in clean yet cozy and relaxed. The staff are kind, helpful, and enthusiastic about their work. Love it here! The quiche, baked goods, and coffee are all delicious and fairly priced.

Wonderful service, everyone is very kind, the food is delicious from the sandwiches to the cookies, bread and pastries. The drinks are also delicious! I always order a decaf honey lavender coffee and they have pumpkin spice now and that’s a yummy flavor too in the coffee!
Went here w some friends today (8/13/2025). I was there right at open. The staff was amazing, so kind and welcoming. They had great recommendations. The bread was delicious! It was fresh! Got to try some samples that were AMAZING! My vanilla latte was good. It was clean! Smelt realllllly good and had a nice refreshing vibe. 10/10 would recommend.

Apparently TikTok knows I’m in Phoenix! Found this hidden gem not far from where I’m staying. Sooo glad we went a little out of our way to check it out! It’s slap your momma good…the meringue on the lemon tartes you can hear angels singing-quiche is fabulous and the sour dough bread - home run! The owner Nick was so helpful and gracious and gave tips for Hannah’s bread making skills. Run don’t walk this place is awe-mazing!!!
Love the bread. But wish you would be open more hours. 10am to 2pm window is short. I thought this was a coffee place opening up earlier in the day.
