6am and already starting their morning off with an attitude.. I order a donut which I was under the impression it would be different from what I ordered in the drive-thru, so I go back in side to double check what I got was correct and I was meet with so much attitude and rudeness and I apologize for the misunderstanding me the customer lol and then another co worker still decides to jump in and address me being super defensive.. smh

BoSa Donuts - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Health Hazard Nightmare! 0/5 Stars
I wish I could give negative stars. Picked up a half-dozen from BoSa Donuts on my way home, excited for a treat. Opened the box and nearly vomited – there was a dead fly baked right into the glaze on the sprinkle donut! Legs, wings, the whole disgusting corpse embedded in the icing like it was part of the recipe. These donuts were crawling with contamination!
The place looks cute from the outside, but inside it’s a filthy mess. Flies buzzing everywhere, counters sticky with who-knows-what, and the staff handling food with bare hands while scratching their heads. No gloves, no hairnets, doors propped open letting in every pest from the desert. I took photos and reported it immediately to the Maricopa County Health Department – they confirmed multiple prior violations for pest infestation, improper food storage, and unsanitary conditions. Inspection report showed they barely passed last time with a “C” grade, and now they’re facing fines and possible shutdown.
These donuts gave my kid food poisoning – diarrhea, vomiting, the works. ER visit cost me $500. The “glazed” ones were stale and tasted like cardboard soaked in old oil. Chocolate ones? Greasy and undercooked in the middle. Total waste of $12.
BoSa Donuts is a public health disaster waiting to happen. If you value your stomach (or your life), drive past this roach motel disguised as a donut shop. Spread the word – let’s get this place shut down before someone ends up in the hospital… or worse. Reporting to BBB, Yelp, Google, and every review site I can find. #BoSaDonutsFail #HealthViolation #ShutItDown

The inside of this place isn’t the best, “appearance wise” but what comes out of it, is absolutely amazing! I had a unsweetened matcha, which is normally served as an iced tea, this one was a smoothie! And OMG’ I cannot express how much better that is! ❤️

If I could leave negative stars I would! The place is disgusting insid and out, the people are rude, especially this one dark hair girl working the 28th at 11:40. Idk how she even has a job with that much attitude

Went there around 4 pm got about 4 dozen donuts when I tell you these donuts were so hard . I was like when the hell they made these donuts at 3 am?? . So then we decided to give them another try . We come around 1:23 pm and we ask if thee donuts are fresh they said they are from this morning . My donut shop would make some in the morning , lunch , and evening . I’m so not use to giving people donuts till they run out even if they are hard like a bagel 😂 atleast I only spent 8 dollars but I almost spent the block to get my little 8 dollars back .

Why would I order a tiger milk TEA with no TEA in it. Then not give me a refund!!! They really just said it's just milk and they don't put tea in it.
Very nice service!

I went here because it was close and the only option. This was a few months ago
People behind the counter were strange (kinda made us uncomfortable)and didn’t seem to know what was going on and took forever. 20 min in an empty place isn’t how long 2 drinks and a sandwich take. Picture 2 barely graduated, furry type/wanna be goth girls that kept giggling at themselves or just saying weird things. Oopsie isn’t something I want to hear where you’re handling my food. They didn’t even know how to make an iced latte. Awkwardly staring like schools girls with a crush at my husband to the point he was weirded out.
It was coffee- but good is a reach. The donuts available all looked to be very old.
I’d give this place a try again, maybe.
The outside looks like the place is abandoned. I’m not one to say this - but the place wasn’t even clean. How can it be dirty when there’s never anyone there ?

This place is just dirty inside and out. Also got a croissant that was burnt to a crisp. I wanted ti take more pictures of the inside but had a few people in it. That being said the inside floors encounters look just like the windows in the picture, dirty.

I don’t even know where to begin here! I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes with a new baby kitten in my back seat and my 4 year old daughter. There were no other customers, I wasn’t even sure if they were open so I pulled up to the window. The young man was in there doing nothing and refused to serve me. It was the most bizarre experience I have ever encountered. I’m guessing he was on drugs and is unable to serve customers. He finally came to the window and said I don’t have to serve you! This kid needs to get fired ASAP! Sadly I did not get coffee or donuts for my kids. I will definitely stick to my Verrado Location Boso Donuts! Beware and stay away. I will be letting his boss know!

By far the sadness sandwich I have paid full price for. I order 2 roast beef croissant sandwiches, 1 ham and cheese, and 1 mango smoothie with boba. While ordering I was cut off twice with indifference and an unprofessional tone. The guy who brought the smoothie not only forgot to put the boba in but didn't even heat them. The lady who made the sandwiches, bless her heart made some attempt to bag the food separately but failed to make the sandwich even mildly appealing. The sandwich was thin like all the new iPhones and drier than a sandbag bottom, I understand these are hard times but at this point, it's best to knock down your price to fit the quality of food and service or just close up shop. All satire aside, I would kindly direct people to a new location or implore the manager to have a look at this and ask themselves, would they pay 28 dollars for a blocked iced boba and a sandwich you eat when the odds are against you?

Ordered two bobas 1 taro, 1 canteloupe and a dozen donuts in the middle of the night.. Got 1 taro, and a dozen donuts we told the cashier we had also ordered a canteloupe one he said we didn't was very irritated and rude about it, so we asked for one he charged us we get home and realize on the first receipt he had charged us for the canteloupe on it as well so he charged us twice for the canteloupe. We didn't go back because we live about 15 mins away and didn't want to spend another half an hour fixing the issue. Won't be going back to this Bosa Donuts at night anymore.. Go during the day the people are happier and give you better service.

The staff are incredible but asking for tips for donuts is so unnecessary. Let me get my donuts and go im not going to tip someone for handing me donuts. Just adding extra steps
