Is with the right management team with the right owners in that area, that place would be Bombing. Is always out of chicken rude mean kids working there Is horrible management So sad, a place like that that can make so much money.

I placed a takeout order on line for ribs on July 1st. After I submitted the order I received a call that they were out of ribs, so could not fill the order. I have been trying to get a refund because the charge went through to my credit card even though the order was cancelled. I called on July 7th and the person I spoke to knew nothing about how to issue a refund and was going to have Chris call me--never happened. I called twice again today but no one is answering the phone. I will have to report this to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge since I cannot get any response from the store about issuing a refund.

My husband stopped in after work because we wanted to take advantage of the offer I received in my email. First, today they were only taking cash. So he walked to the Aldi 's were there was an ATM, got cash but no receipt. Walks back to store, all this in 110 degree heat. Gets to counter but drops his phone which he had taken out to get the notes he had made. Counter person makes RUDE remark about dropping the phone. With that, they lost our order bc he just turned around and walked out. Would be a nice plce for a restaurant if they could train the help better!

I had not had Boston Market in over 10 years, for some reason when I saw the sign I wanted some. I won't eat again probably ever lol, the turkey was tasteless and watery, they were out of about 7 items, the mashed potatoes had no taste and the gravy was lumpy. The employees are like the food and the restaurant was

Ordered a meal a hour before they were supposed to close and the kid there who claimed to be a manger was very rude to me and my daughter. Said they were out of pretty much everything. I think it’s because he just wanted to get off ASAP. His name is Casey..If that’s really even his name, he did not have a name tag and very dirty. Boston market lost a loyal customer!!

Went on a weekday. Inside closes at 8p, just missed it. Went to drive thru, waited 15 minutes. Nothing. Drove around and looked through drive thru window. Lights were off but i could see hot tables still had all utensils in it and looked hot. No one inside. Just left.

I'm 99% sure they closed the location on 59th Ave and Peoria. Been here 3 times in the last couple weeks and they are never open during normal business hours. No one answers the phone either. They should at least post a sign..

Closes inside early. Looks closed outside due to no lights. They messed up order and it took forever to get fixed. Portions were small. We'll never bother going back.

The location at 59th Ave & Peoria must be ready to go out of business. I showed up just before noon to get some lunch and the place was locked up tight! No signs anywhere explaining why, when the door clearly says they open at 11am! I'm extremely irritated as I have a daughter with food issues and this is one of the few places she likes.

Have you changed your mashed potatoes? I just had them from the store located at 5825 W Peoria Ave in Glendale AZ and they taste like instant potatoes. They have the flavor and texture of instant. I'm very disappointed and would like to get my money back. I loved your old potatoes and I even ordered double potatoes as my sides! I wish I hadn't gotten Boston Market for dinner tonight. Also there is no way to contact Boston Market to file a complaint. Is Boston Market going out of business?

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR DRIVE THRU SPEAKER. YOU HAVE TO YELL IN IT WHEN ORDERING. THE FOOD HAS NO FLAVOR AND TASTE DIGUSTING EVEN MAC N CHEESE IS BLAND & THE BAG OF FOOD SMELT LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE.

I ate at this restaurant today I ordered a pot pie a brownie and a large drink the meat in the pot pie was not hot it was not mixed in with the vegetables and I was not mixed in with the vegetables it was not mixed in with the vegetables it actually wasn't a good meal the manager was too busy trying to figure out a schedule he was Spanish and he was talking to two young kids which days off they want and he was more concerned about that then the quality of food and customer service there was people that actually came up to the counter and they had to wait I will not be coming back to the store because the food is not good I would much rather have Kentucky fried Chicken pot pie because I know for a fact that that is good
