Great true authentic Italian cuisine. Hard working staff, pleasant atmosphere and outdoor patio allowing dogs. Would recommend to friends and family as a favorite Italian eatery.

Great menu choices, ambiance and service provided by a great owner and his staff. My families favorite NW valley restaurant.

Was not in love with the recommend dish.
Ordered the pesto truffle pizza, was there truffle on there?
Not sure.
Ended up asking for balsamic reduction to drizzle over the pizza! Yum
I think feta or goat cheese would compliment it as well
Or for my tastes more truffle flavor.
I don’t like plalenta but I tried too. The sauce was yummy that would be good on the pizza ! The meal my partner ordered had ground up sausage in there It left me feeling like Where’s The meat.
We still had fun .

THE GNOCHI WERE THE BEST I EVER HAD -- THEY REALLY ARE LIKE LITTLE PILLOWS. OH IIS A TERRIFIC SERVER AND ALWAYS MAKES US FEEL WELCOME AND SPECIAL AND REMEMBERS THE WAY I LIKE EVERYTHING.

The food is very good, but the bar service is absolutely terrible. We got our food before our drink came out and we order drink at least 30 min before our food To make things worse, the restaurant was less than half full. Our waiter was even disturbed by how slow the bar tender was.

Was looking for an Italian restaurant to celebrate my birthday. Found this place. We got the Cheese Tortellini and the lasagne, both were absolutely fantastic, the lasagne though was served with such precision cutting, it was quite beautiful. Ambience of the restaurant was nice as well, quiet with light music playing. Plan to visit again.

Love this place! Perfect restaurant to take my son to dinner after a hectic day at Midwestern. Our server Isabella, also a student was our server is amazing. Remembered us from 5 weeks ago. Food was amazing, the manager cheerfully came and checked on all the tables. Great vibe and lovely location! This is our go to place when driving from the Gilbert area to Glendale. Kindness out of my heart I left my left overs with my son that was a very hard decision. I’m craving it right now! PS the pesto truffle pizza is what dreams are made of. My son had the Carbonara. Yum!

Best Italian food! The food was excellent. Service was great. Our waitress Crystal was very sweet and explained the various items on the menu. Our first visit but definitely will go back!

Great service and Sorry, but not quite what it once was. Two dishes were very good but the other two were only fair at best. Have ordered the Pizzaiola? (breaded chicken on a board) several times and I and others dining with us were always very impressed at the size. It is now a small piece of chicken pounded very flat so only about a fourth to a third of the size it once was. Additionally, the cheese ravioli was minimal in size. Also, the food and drinks seem a bit pricey now.

I really wanted to like this place.
No one was up front to seat, Waited up there for 3-5 minutes with no one greeting me, despite the fact multiple servers walked by, but they just ignored me. Bread was stale and rock hard. Atmosphere was very loud, restaurant is very small and tables are close together, was sat right next to a loud large party. Server greeted us right away which was good. But I think if you’re going to put pork in a dish, you need to disclose that on the menu, Brussels sprouts had bacon bits, and the description on the menu just said Parmesan and truffle oil. I wasn’t even expecting bacon to even be in there, so when I asked the server how are they cooked, she didn’t mention the bacon either. She just said cooked with truffle oil and Parmesan also. Had to always ask for a refill, server did not refill on her own. When she did refill she spilled the ice tea and it spilled over my phone and left a little puddle on the table. It wasn’t huge, it wasn’t the entire glass, but a spill is a spill. Then all she said was sorry (monotone, not genuine at all may I add) and then walked away. I thought she was getting us napkins so I waited to clean up but no, she just never came back, she was running food to a different table. That was unbelievable, and I tried my best to clean it up with my cloth napkin, but as you can expect, those napkins don’t absorb well. I had to take my phone case off and wipe it off as well,m since it was all sticky. That is crazy to me that a server spilled a drink and just decided to not help clean it up. Brussels were delicious, just wish I’d known about the bacon. Entree was average, there was absolutely no seasoning, just tasted bland. Wish the portion size was bigger also. Overall, I won’t be coming back, but again, I really wanted to like this place because the other servers/staff (not mine) seemed super nice and upbeat, the manager or owner was walking around and seemed friendly.

We enjoy dining at Bottega often. The margherita pizza is spectacular as is the Tiramisu. Service is excellent

Everything was cooked perfectly. I had the Salsiccia Pasta, Pizza Margherita, and the Semifreddo Dolci for dessert. Highly recommend all of them, 10/10. My only gripe was the noise level. It was really difficult to hold a conversation during our 6pm Friday night dinner. Service was a bit slow, but understandable given how busy it was.

The food and service was very good. Our appetizers were excellent and our meals were excellent. The only issue we had was after we had completed our meal and had just ordered our dessert, a person dressed differently from the wait staff presented us with our bill and made use feel as we were being hurried to make room for the next customer. What was up till that point a very nice dinner was ruined by this person's attitude. We had a reservation at 5 and we ordered our dessert at 6 which didn't seem like excessive time at a restaurant. There were several tables with guests that had arrived before us and they didn't seem to be rushing them.

Always have loved this place and I have been here many times. Service was very slow this time but normally very good. I go here for the Eggplant and it's usually amazing. Portion size has gotten smaller and eggplant was sliced too thick. Everyone else loved their meal. Will visit again soon.
