Pleasant staff. Kids under 40 inches height get a free baby cone Icecream . Ordered Dino Sunday - if your kid loves sprinkles , they will love this Icecream coz they add a lot of sprinkles

Ordered a quart of Graham Central Station and there were hardly any mix ins, just ice cream. HUGE disappointment. Ordered it many times and am familiar with how it should be. :(
My family and friends and I love coming here. So many yummy flavors to choose from. And if you can’t have dairy, they have options for that. The smell of the waffle cones is divine. My husband loves the banana pudding, ice cream my girls like to get the Reese‘s peanut butter cup blast with chocolate syrup. I can go for almost anything. They’re mint chocolate chip is delicious or caramel praline is good. Some of their coffee ones are good especially the Oreo coffee cookie ice cream. I like that they have the missing system going on and the shade put up front as you wait in line

It is not often when something goes wrong dealing with a restaurant or food service that it allows you to meet an employee who truly cares about making things right and takes pride in his job and craft. My wife and I had an unfortunate incident regarding "lactose free" ice cream (You know who this is Kyle) and Bruster's. Through this experience we had a chance to meet Kyle, and he turned a bad experience into a funny family story that we will tell for years to come as we eat our favorite Bruster's Ice Cream. My wife has been talking about it nonstop to family and friends. Thanks again for turning that around all though I am sad now I don't get to go down there daily for my ice cream while she hopes she gets hers!
