The worst place to get popcorn chicken! no flavor at all. I have been to so many and by far this is the worst popcorn chicken here in Phoenix. Quickly and zero degrees are far more better. Taro milk tea taste just like sugar no taro flavors in it. They also messed up with our order because of the loud music! Avoid at all cost.

If you’ve never tried Hokkaido boba, you’ve got to have it here! I visited with my daughter on Thursday and it’s a great place for a mother-daughter or family trip.They’ve got board games (Jenga, Pop the Pirate, and Connect Four) in addition to a couple of cool arcade games (Rampage).The boba was AMAZING and it was hard not to steal some from my kid. (I gave her the bigger cup and had immediate regrets.)The boba is a bit expensive - boba is charged separately from drinks - but if you have the money, it’s a great trip!Kid-friendliness: Lots of games for kids!

I came from Houston to Phoenix to see my brother. I had wanted some boba, so I googled for a place and this place poppd up. The flavor was good, but it was on the extra sweet side and the boba was as well. That was the only downside. I couldn't enjoy like I wanted to, so I layed it to rest in the trash. RIP Boba.

I’d been to Bupple Cups once years ago and today while my son and I were out and about we decided to come back and check them out again to see if things were still good as it was then. The parking lot is large and shared with a grocery store as well as a few restaurants and such. It was easy to find a spot to park. The location is small, but has a good amount of seating and a few arcade games to play. It’s bright inside so it makes it feel larger. I was excited to see Hokkaido Milk Tea on their menu as it’s my favorite milk tea and a lot of the boba spots around don’t carry it. I added boba of course. My son had the strawberry banana smoothie and strawberry ice cream. My milk tea was amazing and while I typically don’t like the tapioca boba anywhere, but it tasted fresh and wasn’t super chewy. My son said his smoothie was ok, but tasted more like straight banana. The Ice cream didn’t have a strong strawberry taste either, but was ok. Service was decent, but nothing above and beyond. We were greeted and had our drinks pretty quick. The location was clean and also has a bathroom available to customers.

I went there on a Monday at 6:30pm and the wait was not too long. The place was cute and colorful, with a lot of options to choose from. I ordered the house special, which was a milk tea with boba and pudding. It was delicious and refreshing, with a smooth texture and a sweet taste. The boba and pudding were soft and chewy. The price was reasonable for the size and quality. I would definitely come back to this place and try more of their drinks. However, if you are looking for a strong tea flavor, you might want to go somewhere else. Their other drinks are ok, but not as good as their house special. Their house special and taro house special are always my go-to drinks. I would give this place a 4 out of 5 stars.
