Asked for a Whooper Jr. with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo only. I got the cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and pickles! They are lucky I am NOT ALLERGIC to pickles and ketchup! Plus, I was NOT even given the option for a receipt and it wasn’t in the bag of food either.

After you pay they make you pull forward every single time no matter what you order. Been waiting in front for my order for 15 minutes and still haven't received it worse experience at a burger king not worth the wait Once you ask for a refund they demand you pull up to the window after making us move 3 times and want the soda back worse experience

I placed an order line order for pickup the fries were old my burger had onion and tomatoes when I said no e due to an allergy issue and they forgot my 4 piece chicken fries not to mention my soda had next to no ice and tastes like soda water do better

A worker named Atzlan was very rude. We did have a big order but as I was ordering something else he turned and said “Are you ordering more?” In a very rude way and rolled his eyes at me as I told him yes! As we left with our food he then turned towards the kitchen and said “thank god” overall food was great! But Atzlan made our experience an unforgettable one in a negative way.

My food is ALWAYS COLD The fries are me favorite treat at any other BK except here they don’t taste the same. Always mushy with that freezer burned taste. Oh yeah another con to this Bk location is my meal that I always get at any other BK always comes out to 12.76$ but on the menu it’s priced at 7.50$ So I know FOR SURE they are stealing or over charging me. So if you do decide to eat her be sure to check your food before leaving and always look at your receipt.

All I wanted was to redeem my free fry off the Burger King app. The manager is an older lady with glasses and she was very rude in helping me. She kept saying the code is invalid and for me to drive back around through the drive thru like what ?? She then says it has to be the app. But exactly this is a problem with the company you work for. Why not say hey no worries I’ll compensate you for it on my behalf. Like I’ve came here plenty of times and never had an issue.
