It had been quite some time since I had a delicious fresh whopper! The bread was fresh and the meat was very tasty with that grill aroma. The frys were fresh and the personnel very friendly and courteous. I’ll be coming back to this location.

It is a nice place yesterday despite the person who was in charge when I was at this place. A lady who served me, although it was evident that she was old enough to deal with customers, was not able to serve people well to the point that other customers commented that she was "bitter."

Female cashier was extremely unpleasant, fries taste old and stale and soda was flat. That's nothing like sprite. Guy in the back making the food put ketchup on my burger after I said no ketchup I saw him wipe it off the burger with a napkin
I ordered the $5 meal with a Wopper Jr. Very disappointed upon discovery of severe shrinkflation. The burger was small as a child's menu item. I get the Jr. wopper often so I noticed right away. Shame on you BK!

Slowest burger king in Phoenix! No joke, plan on waiting for at least 5 to 10min. They make you wait off to the side of the building after you drive through for your order. This is the ONLY burger king that does that.

Can't say enough good things about this place, staff is very professional, friendly, and fast, placed an online order and went and picked it up immediately, this place is a great place to eat, if you are in the area and need a place to eat, I highly recommend this BK, 5 stars, if I could rate it higher I would, the staff deserved a raise, bravo guys, keep up the phenomenal work!
Couple of the managers have a bad attitude. Few employees have had attitudes as well.

I ordered the 2 for $5 ham breakfast croissants. I thought the 1st one tasted sour, so tried one bite of the second one, and it tasted the same. Decided to throw it away. I woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. Obviously, the ham was expired. I used to work in the food/bar industry. Somebody either didn't label the ham with dates or chose to serve customers expired meat. I'll never be back. Management needs to check that staff is properly handling & labeling food. I know you have to have a food handlers card to work at a restaurant. Somebody is lazy or doesn't care if customers get sick!
I had nothing else to eat the rest of the day. I 100% know the food poisoning was from this place.
