Usually this place is really good with their service. We even had a spell casted on us once. But tonight was the first time the service was below expectations.
First, thank you to the man at the drive thru window for telling us what was going on and why things were hectic for the employees. But getting a new system that everyone is trying to learn should’ve probably been said at the speaker rather than at the window. Instead, the woman taking orders at the speaker kept saying hold on after I said just one thing, kept getting confused in what I had just said, and even forgot to add a sandwich that I had said I wanted multiple times.
I get new systems can be frustrating and during rush it can get crazy. The car in front of me was handed quite a lot of bags so I’m sure that alone was A LOT. The guy at the window looked like he was getting ready to go full panic mode.
That’s not the employees fault. That’s on whoever decided to roll out a new system without giving all the employees proper training. So whoever’s idea that was, that was terrible. These employees deserve to be treated way better than being put under fire like that.
While the employees did the best they could, that’s not why I gave 3 stars. It’s BK’s poor planning that I’m giving 3 stars to.

At least this bk the hamburger had that char-grill taste , took pop fountain out this is always a hassle, also at least the cashier took my order I will not use the kiosk I will go some place else

It's an ol' reliable BK in Maryvale BUT it's Maryvale. The food is always good! Though they will pretend the store is closed by 11 pm even though the hours say 1 am.
Owner should secret shop his own store if they even care.

I come to this Burger King once a week to get my autistic nephew his burgers and every single time for the past year that I have come here they have put me in front of the building instead of allowing me to wait in the drive-thru because of their minutes and the last time I was here it was 10 minutes and I'm still waiting right now so this Burger King needs some management attention because these people are not doing their jobs
Asked for a Whooper Jr. with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo only. I got the cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and pickles! They are lucky I am NOT ALLERGIC to pickles and ketchup! Plus, I was NOT even given the option for a receipt and it wasn’t in the bag of food either.

Tired of getting recooked frys and paying for a large and getting a small amount, why are orders being sent out this way? Does this look like a large fry?

After you pay they make you pull forward every single time no matter what you order. Been waiting in front for my order for 15 minutes and still haven't received it worse experience at a burger king not worth the wait Once you ask for a refund they demand you pull up to the window after making us move 3 times and want the soda back worse experience

I placed an order line order for pickup the fries were old my burger had onion and tomatoes when I said no e due to an allergy issue and they forgot my 4 piece chicken fries not to mention my soda had next to no ice and tastes like soda water do better

A worker named Atzlan was very rude. We did have a big order but as I was ordering something else he turned and said “Are you ordering more?” In a very rude way and rolled his eyes at me as I told him yes! As we left with our food he then turned towards the kitchen and said “thank god” overall food was great! But Atzlan made our experience an unforgettable one in a negative way.
