Super slow service was waiting in the drive thru line for 35min just to get to the window and have to pull around and wait another 10 minutes. Rude service and old food, do not come here.

when i went in the food took 30 mins at most and before i left i asked for sauces and the lady gave me a attitude, then when i was walking out i couldnt open the door mean while the same lady was in the back of me to walk out and give some one their order at their car and she pushed me to open it because i apparently was talking to long? i dont know she was very rude and i sat down, i opened it, i got a wopper, fries, and chicken nuggets, i asked for 2 woppers and they gave me 2 tiny wopper jrs but yet paid for 2 wopper and the meat was not cooked it was very cold and pink, my chicken nuggets were way to hard and tasted like dog food and very cold and the fries were just nasty and cold to be honest, it was all a 1/10 including the service.
Once again didn't get my order right. Plus it was Luke warm.

Ordered the Original Classis Italian Chicken Sandwich. What I got was a joke. The advertised sandwich is on a long bun, this was half the size on a hamburger bun, but rest assured they charged me full price

This place is horrible. Every time I order a burger they always shower that burger with mayonnaise every time. And let's not forget about the staff that they are always on their phone and take your sweet time talking to each other while I'm over here in the heat waiting for my burger and it ends up soggy with all the mayo. And there's this woman and she's always rude at the window. I don't know what her problem is but if she doesn't like working there, why is she working there in the first place?

The app is pointless. I ordered my food and went to the restaurant 20 minutes later. They didn't start the food until I got there. They said corporate rules. I ordered die root beer. Didn't know they were out until I got there. I got stuck drinking brown soda water.

They say there's no such thing as I in team but I'm sorry I beg to differ because outside of the work the kitchen provides I see this guy working hard every single time I come not sometimes but every single time that I come he's always busy when I visit the location so I never get a chance to stop him and find out what his name is but if you've ever been there is a African American guy with the do-rag just yesterday I overheard a conversation he was having with the employees where he mentioned too many unhappy experiences start to affect the sales of the restaurant the older Hispanic lady I'm assuming runs the restaurant does an okay job but it's that man that changes my experience of the restaurant there's been times where I walked in and heard her yelling and screaming at her employees you can say what you want about this man but he's not only excellent at what he does he's very intelligent as well and in my opinion he does put the I in team keep up the good work whoever you are man cuz they definitely need you
