So I went through the drive-through tonight with my husband we ordered four bacon double cheeseburgers. They came out as cheeseburgers and my husband asked them to put bacon on them at this point Luke came out to the window and told us to hurry up and move along and that it was our fault that he didn’t hear that we said bacon double cheeseburgers My Husband cautioned him that we would leave a bad review if he did not make this right he said he did not care and please do leave a bad review he did not care and told us to move along my husband, then pulled out of the drive-through and parked, and upon entering the Burger King Luke continued to be disrespectful to my husband And refused to make the order right until my husband employed him to please make the order right and finally he did. None of this needed to happen. The customer service here is horrible. He should’ve made the order right immediately without all of this hassle. This employee should be fired immediately. I beg management to review the video at the drive-through and at the counter when my husband came in and please fire this employee immediately as he is super disrespectful. If I could leave zero stars, I would this was a horrible experience. I will never come back there again.

Luke is an absolute disrespectful little kid.. I ordered four bacon cheeseburgers and they came out as regular cheeseburgers and when I asked him about it, he saying hurry up Move along. I cautioned him that I am going to leave a bad review. He said that he does not care. So I parked from the drive-through and went inside, and he is still being disrespectful to me to the point where I wanted to snatch him across the counter. I would hope that corporate checks the cameras and sees what happened And fires this employee immediately completely disrespectful out of line. I will be contacting corporate after the holidays. I want to know who is this employee‘s general manager, so I could speak to him directly. This kid should not be representing your company, completely disrespectful, completely out-of-pocket!!!!!!

Food and service were just fine. A gentleman in particular was very helpful to me by brining me my food when I had my two little kids with me. What was upsetting was the loitering high school kids that completely filled the restaurant during the lunch time during the week. They completely filled the place with little spots available for those who were dining in. Majority of these kids didn’t even order anything, they’re just sitting there. Then there is the huge crowd of kids in the parking lot smoking weed. I was taking my girls out for a fun outing, but we ended leaving mid meal because of the way the high school kids were acting and all the weed smoke. This location should really consider taking control of the loitering high school students.
