1st trip here they “forgot” my daughters nuggets…. 2nd trip here they “forgot” my cheesy tots… 3rd trip here and they “forgot” my pies!!… Call me patient but I had a theory.
Both the male manager and male employee working afternoon shifts at 51st Ave and Bell Glendale AZ location purposely forget parts of ladies food orders so these ladies have to come back through the drive through or go back inside for what is missing if they notice before leaving. HOW IT GOES DOWN: The first try going in: they will stall around looking busy but eventually end up towards the back… whispering like we can’t hear them while staring directly at us. Second try going in: they are really fast about it like they know exactly what my purpose of being there is and don’t want to be caught or yelled at. Third time visiting this location I went through the drive through but shocker had to go back in for my pies!!… I was walking in at the same time as another lady, same thing and experience as I am explaining happened to her so it’s no theory or coincidence now and the two males were called out in person by both of us!! SHAME on you & you know who you are!!!
You guys are pervs, this is my 3rd attempt, same location, with the same dudes!! I have called customer service each time but ifyky… Burger King has no legit customer service!! Never going here with my children again!!!

Have been here 2 times. My 1st time I had a cold burger with hot fries which made it ok. My 2nd visit was horrible. Have it your way is not this place. We used the app & ordered. The man with the man-bun in the drive thru line was really rude. We were asking him about how the order was wrong & he was not even nice about it. He just turned & walked away. We got no straws for our drink. So I won't be coming back. You take a job that you service people & act like we should do you a favor. You can pretend to be nice even if you don't want to. Or maybe hire people that are nice.

Horrible place my husband was getting our family food for after a softball game. He went threw the drive threw and sat there for over 10mins and kept skipping him. They would take the other side of the drive threw no problem. He kept say hello and nothing. Never again will this location get our money. Went some where else and spent our money. Do better BURGER KING DO BETTER!! THEY SHOULNT EVEN GET A ONE STAR IT SHOULD BE NO STARS!

The staff is super nice. But the manager with the glasses. they have there is extremely rude at the employees and customers. Back talks to them and degrades them during customers are waiting for their food. This needs to be addressed as it isn’t very pleasant eating here and listening to the manager yell.
