The staff is super nice. But the manager with the glasses. they have there is extremely rude at the employees and customers. Back talks to them and degrades them during customers are waiting for their food. This needs to be addressed as it isn’t very pleasant eating here and listening to the manager yell.

Went through the drive-through order a double whopper meal with no cheese get at home take a bite. Looks like there’s remnants of cheese on it possibly from already having the burger ready with cheese on it and scraped it off to make mine when I order no cheese I mean no cheese I’m allergic All went in the garbage do better Burger King

Update: I've been waiting for 16 days so far and still haven't gotten my money refunded. They keep telling me to wait longer. =========
A bunch of BKs in the west side don't participate in the app or something. About a year or two ago I actually walked into a number of them to learn this the hard way and I haven't been back.
So when the app appeared to list this newer one as a participating option I decided to drive over. In fact I specifically made a u-turn while on my way to another store.
When I got to the point of submitting my order the app effectively errored out and then eventually informed me that unavailable items were removed from my cart. Now I've wasted a significant amount of gas and time.
On top of that there are now points missing from my account. Every week BK gives an offer for free fries with purchase. Because this location won't accept them I've now lost the offer this week as their system thinks it was redeemed already and won't even let me select a different one (from a new location obviously) for another hour. And at the moment it appears I have to deal with the hassle of getting my money and rewards refunded for an order that never went through on my end.
I will never be back. I'm pretty loyal to BK. This stuff makes me so furious that I may not be back for a while. My memory for these things is quite long. Figure out how to enter the setup you want so customers don't get scammed. Why is that such a hard concept? Why should I have to mess with this kind of stupidity?

Burger King's motto has usually been have it your way. Not at this place. I told the cashier three times I do not want mayonnaise I do not want ketchup. What do they do they give me extra mayonnaise and extra ketchup. I honestly did not have time to turn around and go back and wait because I waited nearly 12 minutes for just a burger or Whopper Jr at that 12 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. Meanwhile in the back I could hear the guy in the girl. I won't be back I promise you that and anybody that reads this and goes there tell him what you want on your hamburger and they won't give it to you because it may be your way but they're fixing how they want to.

Stopped here for lunch today. Great location. Cashier was very pleasant and professional. Server also very pleasant and helpful. (Sorry I didn't catch their names). I greatly appreciate such good customer service, so 'thank you' to these 2 employees. Then,...what a nice surprise,...5 dollar meals!! Very tasty! Thanks for a very nice lunch experience. : )

The worst original chicken sandwich. Too much mayo, bread was not toasted, barely had lettuce on it. Horrible. The fries had no taste. This whole meal was terrible.

I wanted to try the fiery chicken nuggets they were out. Not upset instead I tried fiery chicken fries. Yes they are hot. Employees were average typical nothing stood out. Soda machine you needed a PHD to operate. Really don’t care about the ordering kiosk. I didn’t know that I was working today. Average day average food reason for a 5 star review it was clean friendly and fast.

Stay away from here This was my first time at this location. I came here in the morning. I asked if they served lunch items in the morning, and the lady said yes. I waited over 20 min to get the food. I thought it was going to be fresh. the chicken tasted like burnt tires. the whopper meat was dry and tastless. The frys had so much salt on them that they were inedible. The soda was flat and also tasted watered down. and the ketchup was sour. The restaurant was filthy. crumbs and trash left over from the previous night still on the tables. Later that day, I was puking and had the chills. I assume I got food poisoning. Health inspection needs to visit this place immediately.
