Stopped here for lunch today. Great location. Cashier was very pleasant and professional. Server also very pleasant and helpful. (Sorry I didn't catch their names). I greatly appreciate such good customer service, so 'thank you' to these 2 employees. Then,...what a nice surprise,...5 dollar meals!! Very tasty! Thanks for a very nice lunch experience. : )

The worst original chicken sandwich. Too much mayo, bread was not toasted, barely had lettuce on it. Horrible. The fries had no taste. This whole meal was terrible.

I wanted to try the fiery chicken nuggets they were out. Not upset instead I tried fiery chicken fries. Yes they are hot. Employees were average typical nothing stood out. Soda machine you needed a PHD to operate. Really don’t care about the ordering kiosk. I didn’t know that I was working today. Average day average food reason for a 5 star review it was clean friendly and fast.

Stay away from here This was my first time at this location. I came here in the morning. I asked if they served lunch items in the morning, and the lady said yes. I waited over 20 min to get the food. I thought it was going to be fresh. the chicken tasted like burnt tires. the whopper meat was dry and tastless. The frys had so much salt on them that they were inedible. The soda was flat and also tasted watered down. and the ketchup was sour. The restaurant was filthy. crumbs and trash left over from the previous night still on the tables. Later that day, I was puking and had the chills. I assume I got food poisoning. Health inspection needs to visit this place immediately.

Shot out to Miss Alexa the manager on duty here I called from another location with some challenges at hand and because of my wonderful experience on the phone with Alexa I’m choosing not to start my review on the location until I hear from the GM of this current store because Alexa did apologize for my experience I will return the respect and wait I’ll let it be known I called 3 BKS before Alexa’s store and nobody seems to know any information about this BK on 35th and thunderbird and they don’t have receipt paper so I can do the survey Alexa I appreciate your reassurance I will be called and I also appreciate you apologizing for another store my two year old and I might just make the extra distance on the bus to your store for a better experience ?

Kylie and Mark have excellent customer service. Very nice and food was great! Love this Burger King location.
Older woman working the cashier register on 5/18 around lunch was not at all equipped with the patience to work in customer service. While waiting for an order, I watched her treat the next 3 customers with increasingly bad attitude. I thought nothing of it until the third customer, clearly a woman with hearing issues as she had a hearing aid in, repeated her self a second time after thinking the employee misheard her. The employee shouted "THATS WHAT I SAID! Hello?" before repeating the order back to her. So unnecessary. She looked like the manager too, according to her uniform. Very unfortunate. Kindness goes a long way.

We have tried this location a couple times. The soda machine is always flat with no flavor choices and no ice. The food is not the best either. We will go to other locations from now on. It’s really sad because the food isn’t bad but who wants a flat warm
