The food and service is great. This location doesn't offer anything memorable as far as atmosphere or ambiance. However, you can't really expect that in a fast food establishment.

I went to Burger King this morning for breakfast. I was greeted by Abraham, he was so amazing took my order with a smile I was so happy I didn’t have to use a kiosk to order I really like the personal service I received. I also want to say thank you, the food was so good it was made fresh to order. I honestly really enjoyed breakfast it was of the best Burger King experience I’ve had in quite some time. I would recommend anyone in the Glendale area that wants to enjoy a good freshly made breakfast. Go visit this Burger King.

I ordered a large fry and a milk shake. I drank the shake like it was a glass of water (runny and not cold). The fries I took back because its was 95% hard little end pieces like what's at the bottom of the bag. This picture is what they gave me the second time not much better. Top right you could call fries, top left not really, bottom pile NO. $4.00 for LG fry. NOT WORTH IT!!! The female working the window got all bitchy and slammed the window shut like it was my fault. WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!!!!

Bailey is absolutely amazing. She literally was busy in the back making orders and she seen me that I was standing at the counter waiting to order she stopped everything that she was doing assisted me and is very professional and knows her job well thank you and Bailey if you find yourself here at 75th and Glendale Burger King she's the one that will take care of you thank you Bailey

I went to this location and ordered the Family Bundle. I was asked to pull around the front (which is not a big deal) while they worked on the order. Upon receiving the bags of food, all 6 cheeseburgers were cold. Not cold like they were out too long, cold as though they came from the fridge to bag. The bun, cheese, and burger were all cold to the touch. It caught me off guard!
I went inside and the manager greeted me. I told her what happened, and she immediately addressed it with the cooks. She had 6 new burgers made, but when I took the new hot burgers home, I found they were flooded with ketchup and mustard... I don't think the manager was at fault, but the cooks did not exhibit teamwork on getting orders out correctly.
It was such a bummer as I was bringing food home for hungry family, and everyone was fighting with sauce dripping on hands and clothes.
Ice cream and shake Machine is always “down” at this location for months now! you would think with the new Adam’s family meal it would finally work…NOPE!

Waited in line for 30 min for a whopper meal, that’s it. Watched multiple orders after me walk out with their food. Manager on Duty at 1:30p on Sunday 10/13/24 was extremely rude and had zero people skills. Horrible restaurant

Tonight @9:20 I came through the drive through and order a WEDNESDAY whopper meal ! They would not give me the entire experience before they were about to close (mind you that’s 40mins) to closing ! I literally could of went anywhere for a late night meal and thought tonight I’d get the churros in the shake.! All I got was the purple whopper, some old ass fries, and a Dr Pepper #terrible
I preferred the Burger King on 75th and Indian school. You get better service and better food. The Burger King on 75th and Glendale credit debit card normally don’t work at night and they always rush their orders!

The lady at the counter was so sweet when I boy was taking to her she didn't just blow him off because she had to go back to work she stuck around to listen to him she was so patient and very polite it made him really happy the food is always Great n it was nice and clean
