This Burger King sucks. They always take a long time to get the food done. Even moreso if they have more than ONE vehicle in the drive thru. Night shift employees are definitely the worst!

Came here at 7:30pm Friday no one in drive thru or inside, stood at register for 7-10 minutes, others came and not acknowledged until much later as the staff were just chatting my order was almost instantly fulfilled by the cooks and the guy and girl which im assuming the guy was the manager… let the burger which was ready for almost 10 minutes and for 1 burger I left at 8:08pm for a fast food meal consisted of a simple cheeseburger, Burger King needs to hold their employees and managers for such lack of responsibility and taking care of paying customers.

So on google says they close at 11pm drive thru but every time i decide to got here after work at 10:30 they decide not to take anymore orders theres always an excuse this is my fith time

Recently went to burger King on 12/3/2024 with my girlfriend so she could see if they were hiring upon asking about employment we were informed that the hiring manager wouldn't be there until 12/5/2024 sometime in the morning.we then asked for who was in charge of the shift. She was hesitant to inform us they weren't hiring when asked if she was the hiring manager she said no just in charge of the current but attempted to assure us that she believed that they were fully staffed. As we were about to leave I myself spotted the now hiring poster on the window. I asked her how old the hiring poster was and the fill in manager becomes extremely evasive about the question while turning extremely red and avoids giving any reason as to why she lied about whether burger King is hiring or not. My girlfriend has over decade of experience in the fast food industry including being a manager. Everyone has bills to pay and would like a fair opportunity to apply for a job in a field they've a wealth of experience in. But instead were lied to an not given an opportunity for an offer to fill out an application. Huge disappointment given the fact we are frequent regular customers at that burger King location

The young man at the counter was nice taking my order, but after waiting for almost 10 minutes for a simple have it your way meal; They were too lazy to make a new batch of fries so I received less than half of a fill up and a small fries bag which accumulated to a total of 13 fries in which I counted; The chicken nuggets were left on a warmer for a long period of time leaving them overcooked. The burger was the only thing that was sub standard for food quality, and I would not come back to this location at all

The young lady that is working drive thru with the long braid ponytail isn't so friendly. Her customer service isn't drive thru fit. She should be making burgers. There used to be a nice handsome customer friendly employee that used to work the drive thru. The rest of them are weird.

The absolute worst location in Az. Paid over 30 for meals and did not get copy of receipt. Called the store due to food order being wrong and the female manager hung up on me twice and refused to give her name. Don't waste your money or time. ...called back to provide more information and was told the general manager needed to review the camera and when I asked for this female manager name again she hung up on me again. Very rude and highly unprofessional. I will be taking legal action at this time.

Texas whatever the hell burger + free fry day = best $10.50 I've spent on fast food in a LONG time. Food was bomb and I'm super full. I hit the drive-thru every once in a while for quick snack after work and they're consistently fast, and the food is pretty good for being on the lower end price-wise. They offer the paper crowns all the time too which is cool... I'm tempted, but that's hard evidence I get food without my wife. Only complaint, fries could use a little more salt... But my body can't so maybe that's for the best.
I had an issue with my Whopper Jr’s and was very impressed how the crew came together to make things right. When I talked to Sierra regarding the issue she responded, “Please allow me the opportunity to make this right.” Wowww!! I seen her talk to the rest of her crew and they all seemed willing to make sure my order was correct. When I received my new order, it was perfect! I asked for all of the crew names as I never seen such togetherness to make things right. This has always been my favorite Burger King and will always remain. Sierra, Juon, Adriana and Andrew, thank you so much for making sure I “had it my way”. I appreciate you.

I see there is a lot of negative reviews however that was not my experience at all with this location! The food was hot and fresh. Jose the manager was really nice and attentive the other crew members were busy and smiled at me in a glance. Store was clean as well.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. What kind of fast food establishment locks doors to prevent customers from being able to come in and order food? But won't open the drive through window? I'm 5'3" and female, also not in the best health. Are you afraid I'm going to rob the drive-through? ON A 15MPH SCOOTER? at 9:00am? NEVER GOING TO BURGER KING AGAIN! I strongly suggest avoiding this location all together. If you're super hungry the convenience store right there has hot food, cheaper soda, and more variety. Or, Arby's has way better food, amazing customer service, cleaner restaurant, and is right down the road!
