Apparently if you're doing a delivery, the employees will just stare at you the entire time like you're a weirdo. Took 10 mins to get a simple order out.

Average experience. I got 2 whopper meals. The burger patties were slightly burnt and they were not hot. The fries were good, a little too much salt for my taste but you might enjoy that much. I did ask for extra onion & pickle which they did okay with. I also requested a side of their new bourbon bbq sauce which they did not include, so I was bummed. But not an overall horrible experience.

I went in this Burger King and the cashier was helping a customer then when it was my turn she turn the sign saying go to the Kiosk and order. I told her I needed help and she was nice enough to say I will help you once I finish with the order she was putting together then I'm not sure if she was the manager but this rude employee came and I was trying to show her the app on my phone and what I wanted to order she said that can't be done with a bad attitude and didn't help me I said ok and I left. I go to the Burger King on 91st and Peoria on Sunday's when I go to work and they are alway professional and welcome you in with excellent customer service. They at this Burger King on 51st and Olive in Glendale Arizona need to be retrain. I will not ever go there ever because the way the customer was treated in such a nice matter before me then the way I was treated was just awful. If I could give the a zero I would. 0000000000000000000000000

PLEASE READ THIS TO THE END
LET START OFF BY SAYING THE NIGHT MANAGER JOSE IS AMAZING AND REALLY KNOWS HOW TO FIX A SITUATION

I would like to start off by saying the evening manager JOSE took this review from a 1 star to a 5 star I went thru the drive thru last night after I got off work and bought me and my friend something to eat. I waited at the windows for atleast 10 minutes before anyone cash me out and my food was bad. I live roughly 3 mins away, my food was not edible, my whopper had a patty the looked and tasted like it had been in the heat drawer all day, I ordered a onion rings and a small fry there was like 4 onion ring total I wouldnt have been upset about that if the frys weren't stale and you could clearly tell they where refried. The worst part was the girl put the fry in the same bag as ours 2 Hershey pies we order causing them to melt them.
I called the store didn't get an answer but I did call back about a half hour later an Jose answered he offered to replace my food or give me a refund. I just asked him to replace our meal, when I went in today to get my meal replaced JOSE replaced my whole meal and cooked my food himself to make sure there wasn't any mess up. He was so polite and kind. I've never had or seen such good service at a fast food restaurant especially with a disgruntled customer. He really is a wonderful person and I believe he deserves a raise or atleast some good praise for his kindness.

I went here at 6 a.m. today threw the drive threw a female working the drive threw was very rude. She was rude when i said i have a coupon an explined what i needed an she said rudely u didnt even give me the code the dummy didnt even ask for it. She sounded like she was sleeping like she just woke up. Horrible customer service. I go to this burger king alot an never have i encountered such a rude disrespectful employee. I will not ever go to this burger king again ever.An I ended up leaving an going to the one on 67th ave and peoria where the employees are respectful .

No napkins available, no person to take order, gotta ask to go to the bathroom but there aren't any cashiers to ask, cost is outrageous for this garbage service. They'd have to make the food free for me to go back here in its current state

Edit: to clarify the worker's weren't being lazy, they were all working hard, but whoever manages the store either is hiring too few, or doesnt treat employees well enough to hold on to them, cuz 4 people ain't enough

Don't order from the app, Manager Lies and says the broiler is off. Went inside and saw them making burgers, mentioned they dont get money from the app purchases. Now waiting 3-5 days for a refund.

Don't lie, your issues with corporate/owners aren't my issues. My issues are with a lying manager. Had I known, I would order in store. Instead, I'm just done with this location.

8/29/25 @ 3:05 ordered a coke and three waters, one car in front of me. Left drive thru @ 3:22. Car in front of me was waiting on food, they didn’t pull him up, he sat at the window. I pull up finally once he got food they hand me my coke and no waters. Three thirsty kids in the back, I ask kindly for the waters. She hands me three flimsy plastic cups that spill all over me immediately, I said these are not kid proof can you please put them in normal cups. Terrible customer service and bad attitudes saying they are short staffed as she is literally laughing in full blown conversation with what appeared to be a manager just cackling. Maybe the problem is you’re talking and story telling instead of serving customers then blaming it on being short staffed come on now.
