We stopped to get a quick breakfast and it took them over twenty minutes. The ended up getting all three breakfast sandwiches wrong and said they couldn't remake them because it was no longer breakfast time. They told me I'd have to get a refund through the app and when I asked how to do that, they said they didn't know. Not even their manager knew. Their attitude was very unprofessional. They could not care less about their mistakes. I have never been to a place where they didn't at least apologize and try to help before. We now have to wait for an email for someone to talk to us about a refund. Do NOT go to this location.

Ordered 3 burgers, 2 fries, onion rings, and a shake. A few minutes later the manager walks over to the register and gives me an unexpected refund in cash but never says a word. I had to talk on their behalf and conclude I was not getting a shake. lol. When I get home I only have one fries, not two. OK I guess someone's not getting fries. A few of the onion rings were extremely stale. I honestly don't think anybody at this place cares about anything.

This Burger King is gross very rude girl the one with the lazy eye she's very rude the outside is dirty and so is the inside. I will never come here ever and I will tell my family and friends about this place ! Zero customer service! Lousy food yuk!

0 Stars, I Ordered 2 Fiery Wraps & A Kids Meal Paying $17 And They Messed Up My Order, They Gave Me 2 Honey Mustard. So I Called And They Wrote My Name Down To Remake My Whole Order, I’m Finally Able To Come Back In & Get That But Manager Nancy Was Not Very Nice And Said “We Don’t Even Have Honey Mustard” And I Literally Pointed To It On The Screen. She Remade My Wraps And Said She Couldn’t Do The Kids Meal. I’m Pissed And Will NOT Be Returning To This Location ! Very Rude And Does Not Care About Their Customers. They Never Apologized For THEIR Mess Up ! Annoying !
