Picked up a DoorDash order from here @830 AM. Took me 10 minutes to get to the location. Then had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes all for a small simple DoorDash order. Ridiculous.

We used a coupon to get 2 bacon cheese burgers, with large fries & medium drink. We normally get the Bacon King burger with fries and a drink. The Bacon Kings we got in the past were a lot better than these Bacon Cheese meals we had today.

You know, it's been a while since I've eaten fast food. Im a home cooker and grilling is my thing. Home made burgers is my favorite. I decided to choose BK because of the smoke coming out the chimney. This tells me they are doing something good and not microwaving their food. The good old Double Whopper with cheese is my ultimate favorite. Such great taste every time. Thanks BK, keep that grill hot 🔥

Manager refused to give me the GMs contact. They tried to tell me that I didn't order the chicken fries and whopper jr in the right way so it was $15.
She was rude and I tried to explain to her if I'm ordering two things off of the VALUE menu.. Why would you not charge the VALUE MENU price.
