We were there on a Sunday afternoon my husband ordered his burger the way he likes it everything on it mustard no ketchup or mayo my burgers had extra onions and jalapeños plus chicken nuggets we ordered inside and took it home, well his burger was packed with mayo and a bit of ketchup he was pissed off she repeated twice back to us. We didn't get sauce for our chicken nuggets which I was asked what kind do we want. We spent $30.00 on something we were not happy with i even called the restaurant tried to explain everything she hung up on me . Called back went to voice mail, I even tried to send emails none of them work. How do you run your restaurant with children wanna be adults they sounded like a part in the back poor service and food content wasn't good shame on you Burger King. I am a very angry customer well the worst burger king i ever ate at can't get nothing right learn English first I am reporting you all to BBB and the county food services can't wait to get your place shut down

Horrible employees manager doesn’t know what their doing gave me old ass hash browns found a hair in my sandwich and asked them to get a refund didn’t want to give me one i will never come here again I asked to switch my small coffees to a Coke Zero and every other Burger King does it for me and they wouldn’t I don’t drink hot coffee I grew up coming to this place and now it’s just went down hill they need new managers and staff because they don’t care about their customers here no wonder there a 3 star business I see all the reviews with horrible service here I won’t be back and I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know not to come here

Unsweet tea was disgusting, I attempted to use a coupon, which they took and didn't apply it. Then stated it was because I ordered the wrong. I stated what was on the coupon when I ordered.
If you go here, be wary of this. Horrible experience and will no longer be going here in the future. -5/100

I have experienced repeated issues with a Burger King order placed through DoorDash. Despite receiving credits for previous order discrepancies, the restaurant has declined to offer a resolution for the most recent issue. Attempts to discuss the matter with the manager, including providing photographic evidence, were unsuccessful. The manager was unresponsive and ultimately left the conversation without providing contact information for corporate headquarters or her name. This situation requires immediate attention.

Came in with my kids to play in the playground. Nothing outside staying there is no playground. Got inside and ordered food and turned around to see no playground at all

My Husband Ryan,the store manager at the Jiffy Lube , across the street, and eats herefor lunch frequently for a fast quick bite in a hurry in person or thru uber eats!! says fast and hot food!
Picked up a DoorDash order from here @830 AM. Took me 10 minutes to get to the location. Then had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes all for a small simple DoorDash order. Ridiculous.

We used a coupon to get 2 bacon cheese burgers, with large fries & medium drink. We normally get the Bacon King burger with fries and a drink. The Bacon Kings we got in the past were a lot better than these Bacon Cheese meals we had today.

You know, it's been a while since I've eaten fast food. Im a home cooker and grilling is my thing. Home made burgers is my favorite. I decided to choose BK because of the smoke coming out the chimney. This tells me they are doing something good and not microwaving their food. The good old Double Whopper with cheese is my ultimate favorite. Such great taste every time. Thanks BK, keep that grill hot 🔥
