Manager refused to give me the GMs contact. They tried to tell me that I didn't order the chicken fries and whopper jr in the right way so it was $15.
She was rude and I tried to explain to her if I'm ordering two things off of the VALUE menu.. Why would you not charge the VALUE MENU price.

What a great experience fries and sandwich were hot and tasty. Ordered thru the app and picked up inside a little bit of a wait but not much. Food was still hot on arrival at home. Bravo team.

Our drinks were wrong and the cashier did not put any ketchup into our bag. We went back through the drive-thru and requested a new drink and extra sauce. The cashier was very rude and wanted to charge us 11 cents for another sweet and sour package. Even though when we went through she only gave us two for over a dozen nuggets. She was also very upset that we dared asked her to remake the drink order. Not thrilled with the service we got. She also was very hard to understand.

I ordered through the app and paid for a classic Oreo shake but their machine was broken so they gave me a choice of another drink. I picked an iced coffee but the price difference is about 2$ so I felt ripped off. Not sure I'll be coming here again.

There's a few homeless ppl in the dining area that had the small area smelling of feces and urine. The food was delivered dried up chicken wrap, hair in my onion ring cup & the employees were just talking amongst themselves & I feel pressed ignored that I didn't matter. Food-0

We ordered the whopper Jr and we asked for cheese on all of them, only 1 came with cheese. It seems like the level of care for the job by the staff has gone down. This location has always had a great staff and here lately, it's just different. Very sad.
