There was a slight mixup in our order. They flagged me down as I was pulling out of the drive thru to let me know. They went inside to grab the remaining piece of the order and brought it to us. They could've easily let me drive off without a concern. They put in the extra effort and I really appreciate it and them for that!!! Thank you

I'm on a no-carb meal plan because of cardiac issues I love the taste of a good double whopper but unfortunately I can't eat buns and unfortunately Burger King doesn't let us wrap so I just have to get the two patties with chopped up lettuce sprinkled on the top but still a good burger

I like the food, but it doesn't matter what you get (except if you just order a drink), they have you pull out of the drive-thru to park right after you pay. Got a double cheeseburger and asked me to pull around to park in the front again. Asked them to stay in the drive-thru this time (nobody was behind me anyway). I assume they do this to fudge their reports to look as though people are quickly in and out of the drive-thru and doing an amazing job. Unless you're ordering for like a family of 5+ or they're waiting for something to cook, tell them no. Zero excuse for them to get you out of the drive-thru without your food if all you're ordering is a basic cheeseburger.
