Dine in very little air conditioning. Burger was cold and no barbecue sauce on it, which it was supposed to have and was offered barbecue sauce on the side. I said no please remake it. This time Burger was hot. Good recovery but bad attitude.

The French fries were cool Not hot in any way the girl taking the order. Must have been new because my wife ordered two double cheese burgers and the girl automatically made it a combo. Which we did ask for my meals was only to be a medium but she took it on her self to large size it. Plus everyone who went in there never got there receipt for any of the others. We were sitting inside and others were asking if they got what was ordered but no receipts to check the order.

This was our favorite burger king as the food is fresh and they allow you to use 2 coupons in drive Thru...or they had for the last two weeks until today. The man was extremely rude as I tried to explain I had a car full of kids and the inconvenience it would be to bring them inside. It's Soo disappointing as my youngest is autistic and a very picky eater. We will take all our business to Wendy's
