We ordered delivery and 3 of the items were not at all correct. My wife called and the manager just said well you can come down here to get it fixed. That was the whole point of delivery so we did not have to go down there. We just dealt with the way the food was. I won't be using this Burger King in the future. They need to train their employees how to read an order and make it correctly.

This is the best vanilla iced coffee!! ✨😊 Overall great service, thank you Lisa Nicholson! I Stopped here for breakfast on my way to my doctor's appt. I had the croissant sandwich with the vanilla iced coffee and ordered the french toast sticks as a sweet dessert.

This location should be shut down!! I’m missing a large order of French fries and the food was horrible and cold. This is unacceptable !! And I had to wait in the drive thru for 25min to get food like this is horrible!! I will not be coming back to this location ever again!!

I did an online order for pick up. I live about 5 minutes away, maybe less. I get there for my order, but I still had to wait which I'm perfectly fine with but when I got them the burgers were cold and was wrongly made and fries were also cold so I go back and asked politely to have them remade and I looked up and saw the young kid who seemed annoyed that I requested them made but hey I'm paying for something I at least i would like it warm. I also notice they didn't have the heat lamps on and had orders sitting there so now i get these and they are also cold I guess they have the food made already just ready to be put together

First time at this particular location. Everything has been remodeled. Restaurant is super clean and has plenty of room to enjoy your food if you decide to eat in. Employees were very quick with service and friendly. I order French toast sticks and some hash browns. The food was hot and tasty. I enjoyed my meal through and through. I will be going back to this location in the future.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easily can enter the restaurant with wheelchair ramp sidewalks.

Ordered food and the prices on the drive thru menu were different (lower) than the amount. I pointed it out to the manager and she didnt seem to care. She said she was aware but that she had to go by register prices. Good thing i noticed and changed my order, but this is a nice way for them to scam people out of money

My little son and I are both now nauseous after eating barely any of our meals. Also, worst customer service EVER. Food was cold and dried up. Was wanting to ask for a remake or refund, but the woman working at the counter was deliberately ignoring me. She was trying so hard not to even look at me. Decided it's just a loss, and we will never come here again. So sad that this is what going out to eat is like now. But seriously, be prepared for food poisoning if you decide to eat here.
