They are really slow and there was only one car in front me waited 10 mins to order in the drive thru. And at the window another 15 mins to get my order. It's bad bad service.

I’ve been to this Burger King four times and each visit has been worse than the last. This last time will be my final visit. I pulled up to the drive-through, sat there, and no one even acknowledged me. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you” — nothing. After sitting there for several minutes, I just drove off without ordering.
The time before that, I waited at the mic for five minutes and still heard nothing, even though there were multiple employees inside. I eventually had to go inside just to place my order. The customer service here is consistently disappointing and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to come somewhere to spend your money and not even be acknowledged. Definitely won’t be returning.
From the comments the management needs to be replaced. Employees either need to be retrained or let go. Hopefully, you’ll get it together

We ordered delivery and 3 of the items were not at all correct. My wife called and the manager just said well you can come down here to get it fixed. That was the whole point of delivery so we did not have to go down there. We just dealt with the way the food was. I won't be using this Burger King in the future. They need to train their employees how to read an order and make it correctly.

This is the best vanilla iced coffee!! ✨😊 Overall great service, thank you Lisa Nicholson! I Stopped here for breakfast on my way to my doctor's appt. I had the croissant sandwich with the vanilla iced coffee and ordered the french toast sticks as a sweet dessert.
