Why do you guys close early if your time on the website says 11pm?!?!?! You lost a customer!!

Lazy employees that don’t double check orders, give orders out to the wrong people and don’t care about people paying $15 for a meal and never receiving the food.

Horrible management team terrible experience. Went through the drive-through last week in the morning and ordered a junior bacon and egg burrito. I told him I did not want any cheese and that I only wanted bacon eggs and hashbrowns inside nothing else. I checked the burrito and it had sauce in it. As the normal Burger King, I frequent tells me it does not come with sauce, I did not say no sauce, but I did specifically state what I wanted inside of the burrito. When I came back, I explained the situation through the speaker and a manager met me at the window. And just so you know, I was very polite about it This manager was horribly condescending and proceeded to scold me for not saying no sauce even though I had specifically said what I wanted in the burrito and I did not list sauce as one of the ingredients. Keep in mind this is a two dollar burrito. When he handed me the bag, he again scolded me, and I said to him “my husband just got diagnosed with cancer and I’m on my way back to the hospital so I really appreciate how snippy you have been with me this morning. It really made my day”. Instead of saying, I’m sorry or having any sort of empathy. He gave me a sarcastic thumbs up and told me to have a great day. This person should not be working there nor being in management whatsoever. I called the 800 number on the receipt and requested a call from the district manager, but of course nobody called. This family owned restaurant doesn’t care about their customers. Disgusting.

I have been going to this location for years - same guy working the window taking and helping my orders has been amazing! Always makes sure my order is right, always happy to have a job and working there, food is Burger King, of course you know what you are getting. Very nice to see they compete with McDees on the breakfast app and $2 breakfast sammies!! Great place for your BK fix!

Aside from the horrible customer service at the drive thru ... I specifically asked for no onions because I can't consume raw onions, the receipt clearly states "NO ONION" ... good thing I smelt them before I bit into it.
