I rarely eat fast food but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. A very nice establishment and great play place for kids.

Bad service I ordered with one coupon, they used that coupon, didn't order successfully!!!!and the system said coupon cannot be used again!!!! Bad service bad attitude and such a bad experience. So bad service on this experience !!!

This rating and review is only based off of my visit today. This is the Burger King I frequent the most in the area and it’s my favorite one. I feel like it’s gone a little down hill over the past months since it seems the usual manager I was used to being here either doesn’t work here anymore or maybe move to the night shift but I’m convinced he just doesn’t work here anymore. What should usually take about 5 minutes, not even, to get my order seemed to take closer to 15 minutes today. And the chicken sandwich I usually get was just not tasting right today. Won’t stop coming here though. The people who run it are still great, I just don’t think it should be taking 15 minutes to wait for a dine order of one chicken sandwich, fries and a drink
The burger was okay, could have been put together better though. It was a sloppy burger but oh well. The chicken fries were overcooked. The fries were the only decent thing. The soda was almost flat. The service was okay, I could hardly hear on the drive-thru speaker and I heard attitude in her voice when I told her I couldn’t hear her and asked to repeat what she said.

The girl that works there with the extra makeup acting like she’s all that at the cashier needs to calm down. Rudest employee in the world. You work at Burger King…lol. Do better

We ate at this burger king and they took 30 minutes to bring us our food. They were not busy at all. Our food was sitting in the heater and my husband told the guy in front counter that we have been waiting for our food for 30 minutes and the dude said I'm sorry. We had 3 sandwiches. One was a cheeseburger completely plain when we finally got our food the plain cheeseburger had everything on it and a whopper was suppose to be no onion so I took the 2 sandwiches up to fix them and when I got the whopper back they put no ketchup on it. All I asked was no onions on the whopper I wanted everything else. So not only did we wait 30 minutes for our food, our food was messed up even after getting our sandwiches fixed. They all had one speed and one speed only. Slower than molasses. Worst experience ever. McDonald's could have done better. We should have just went to McDonald's instead. Do better!

me and my sister came in for breakfast and waited 30 minutes for food mind you they weren't busy at all they were so focused on other customers who came in after us all just for them to mess up our order.....shouldn't take almost an hour to serve someone
